The Eurovision Song Contest 1967 was the twelveth Eurovision and was held on April 8, 1967 in Austria. With Erica Vaal as the presenter, the contest was won by Sandie Shaw who represented the United Kingdom, with her song "Puppet on a String".

The presenter of this Eurovision got confused whilst the voting was taking place, she annouced the United Kingdom as the winner even though there was still one country left to annouce their votes.

The interval act was sung by the Wiener Sängerknaben (Vienna Boys' Choir).
