List of 20th-century classical composers

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Clestur (talk | contribs) at 09:13, 7 December 2009 (1860s). The present address (URL) is a permanent link to this revision, which may differ significantly from the current revision.

This list is by no means complete. Only composers of significant fame and importance are included. The style of the composer's music is given where possible, bearing in mind that some defy simple classification. Names are listed first by year of birth, then in alphabetical order within each year.

See also List of 20th century classical composers by death date and List of 21st century classical composers by birth date.
