The Sarir (Persian: سریر, meaning "Throne") is an Iranian stealth drone which was unveiled in a ceremony in April 2013 by IRIA. The drone is capable of picture recording by the installment of cameras which makes it like a spy UAV and is described as a aerial vehicle that can carry air-to-air missiles with the capability of combat drones.[1] Unlike other drones in Iranian arsenal the Sarir has both nonstop flight capability like Shahed 129 and also carries rockets like Karrar, the drone is described as a stealth air defense vehicle to protect Iranian air space.[2][3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]
