Xīfèngjiǔ (Chineset 西鳳酒, s 西凤酒), also known as Xifeng liquor, is an alcoholic Chinese drink made from barley and pea-flavoured baijiu.[dubiousdiscuss] It is named from its production in Fengxiang County in Shaanxi. Xifeng liquor boasts a long history that dates to the Tang Dynasty[dubiousdiscuss] and a rich cultural influence. In recent years, Xifeng has put great emphasis on innovation and product development, making great breakthrough in production techniques.
