Modern equipment of the Turkish Land Forces. Totals in these tables do not necessary accurately reflect combat attrition sustained during the ongoing Syrian-Turkish clashes and Kurdish–Turkish conflict.

Under an agreement signed in Bonn in November 1980, Turkey would obtain a first batch of 77 tanks by 1983. A further 150 were delivered by the end of 1991, and the last units were received by the end of 1994.[82] In 2002 Turkey reached an agreement with ASELSAN Corporation to upgrade the Leopard 1 tanks, prolonging their service life by another 20 years.[83] This modernization ended suddenly in 2009 as a result of the Financial crisis of 2008 and only 170 out of the 397 units were modernized.[80]

ACV-15 is license built variant of the American AIFV[99]

A modernization agreement was signed for the ACV-15s, which were developed in the late 1980s in line of needs of the Turkish Armed Forces. With the agreement signed on 31 December 2019, FNSS will also take part in the project as the subcontractor of ASELSAN.[100]

In late 2015, the Turkish Armed Forces ordered 82 Cobra II vehicles plus related systems, maintenance and support worth $52 million. In June 2016, the Turkish Armed Forces ordered an undisclosed number of Cobra II vehicles plus related systems, maintenance and support worth $120.8 million. Assuming the same value to vehicle ratio as the 2015 order, this would imply an order of about 180 vehicles.[115] With CBRN capabilities.

FNSS ZAHA  Turkey Amphibious combat vehicle MAV 27 planned[119] Marine Assault Vehicle (MAV) is developed by FNSS to meet the amphibious armored vehicle requirement of the Turkish Army.[120][121] This vehicle will be granted to Amphibious Marine Brigade (Turkish Armed Forces) to improve mobility requirements of brigade. ZAHA abbreviation in Turkish: Zırhlı Amfibi Hucum Aracı full meaning : Marine Assault Vehicle. The MAV owes its fire power to its 12.7 mm MG & 40 mm AGL remote controlled turret.[122]

The T-155 Fırtına has a maximum firing range of 40 km depending on the type of ammunition and can fire up to 8 rounds for per minute. An upgraded version dubbed "Fırtına 2" begun production in 2021, featuring improvement to range, rate of fire and survivability. The new 140 vehicles were to be fitted with remote weapons stations capable of carrying 12.7mm, 7.62mm machine guns and 40 mm grenade launchers.[131]

An MTU MB 833 Aa-501 V-6 water-cooled diesel developing 450 hp at 2,300 rpm coupled to the original Allison CD-500-3 transmission via a ZF gearbox was fitted. There were numerous other improvements such as upgraded suspension, tracks and fire control and increased fuel capacity. The driver's position was moved into the hull. The last was delivered in 1992.[134] Withdrawn from active service.

MKEK Boran  Turkey 105mm field gun 7+ MKE launched the 105 mm Air Transportable Light Towed Howitzer (BORAN) project to fulfill the operational requests of the Commando and Infantry units for Airborne Operations. The system can calculate its own position and identify targets without usual deployment procedures thanks to its modern command and fire control systems. It has a minimum range of 17 kilometers and 6400 NATO mils (360°) firing capability. The howitzer weights around 1800 kg and can be airlifted with a medium-lift utility helicopter and deployed in a short time for fire missions. Based on L118.[135][136][137]

BMC AKTAN  Turkey Fuel tanker x[178] AKTAN can carry 12,000 litres of fuel. The vehicle can both pump the fuel in its tank into the recipient air platform, and can also pump fuel out of a tank on another vehicle and pump it to a different point. The vehicle is capable of refuelling up to four aircraft, either simultaneously or separately.

The tank has been designed on an incline to fully transfer the fuel when necessary, and contains baffles to prevent sloshing while on the move. The tank body is made of aluminium alloy and is coated with a ballistic sealing material and fire-retardant paint. Designed in compliance with the railway loading gauge, the size of the vehicle permits its transportation aboard an A400M cargo aircraft.[179]
