This is a list of solar eclipses in the 11th century. During the period 1001 to 1100 there were 241 solar eclipses of which 84 were partial, 90 were annular, 61 were total, and 6 were hybrids. The greatest number of eclipses in one year was four, occurring in 11 different years: 1009, 1027, 1045, 1052, 1060, 1063, 1074, 1081, 1092, 1096, and 1099. One month, May 1063, had two eclipses.[1] Dates are given using the Julian calendar.
