Miss Rwanda is a national Beauty pageant in Rwanda.

History

Miss Rwanda was founded in 2009 by MINISPOC in Rwanda. Miss Rwanda is a cultural event, and they see it as fitting within their social cooperate responsibilities, the pageant was sponsored by Rwandatel. Miss Rwanda will ensure that the winner adheres to the set rules and behaves in a manner acceptable of beauty queens, to make certain that the institution of Miss Rwanda is respected.[1] The 1st edition Miss Rwanda 2009 was held on December 19th, 2009 and Grace Bahati was made a history to become Miss Rwanda.

International competitions

In 2013 Miss Rwanda was debuted to compete at Miss Supranational with Aurore Mutesi Kayiranga.
