Speedy deletion nomination of Jewish economics
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Jewish economics requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.oxfordbibliographies.com/view/document/obo-9780199840731/obo-9780199840731-0106.xml. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. – NJD-DE (talk) 13:48, 8 May 2022 (UTC)

Some clarification please
[edit]Hi, why are you copying an old user page to your own and then requesting deletion of that user's user page? – NJD-DE (talk) 22:12, 8 May 2022 (UTC)
- It hasn't been edited in over three and a half years, and I was planning on using the old profile as a template for mine. Dainus36 (talk) 22:15, 8 May 2022 (UTC)
- Ok, you can copy the design as a template ofc but you should remove all information referring to the other user before actually publishing the page. Also there is still no good reason then to request deletion of Spawn Man's user page. – NJD-DE (talk) 22:18, 8 May 2022 (UTC)
- It said that it would no longer be used, and possibly deleted. So it would only save space on Wikipedia's servers. Dainus36 (talk) 22:26, 8 May 2022 (UTC)
- As a general rule of thumbs: Don't worry about performance. Deleting the page wouldn't actually save disk space on servers but create additional records on the server.. Page deletion only hides pages from the public eye. The old versions are still saved on those servers though. – NJD-DE (talk) 22:31, 8 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]An article you recently created, Kvarnen (film), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Annexation of Southern and Eastern Ukraine into 2022 Russian annexation of eastern and southern Ukraine. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. If you are the sole author of the prose that was copied, attribution is not required. — ~StyyxTalk? 13:28, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
- Also note that a discussion to move it was already taking place, and you shouldn't move it until that discussion is closed. Your action has only made the move more complicated. ~StyyxTalk? 13:28, 3 October 2022 (UTC)

The article Dnieprpetrovskbass independentism has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}

Speedy deletion nomination of Dnieprpetrovskbass independentism
[edit]A tag has been placed on Dnieprpetrovskbass independentism requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:
Blatant hoax: Flag is entirely fictional, see https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/w6xc6f/flag_of_dnipropetrovsk_peoples_republic/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button, the immediately apparent source of the flag
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.
Your userpage
[edit]I just deleted your userpage per WP:G3 (vandalism). Why did you create a userpage that had so many false claims about your account?--Bbb23 (talk) 14:07, 20 May 2023 (UTC)
- Because it's cool. I don't even have the wikitext for the stuff, so you left me with nothing. I'm a kid, I want to seem cool, like I have something nobody else does. You were literally the only other person to go on my userpage that was not me. If you could undelete it, that would be great, or at least give me back the wikitext, so I don't have nothing. Dainius36 (talk) 12:26, 21 May 2023 (UTC)
- This is not a good answer. Wikipedia is not a place for you to lie about what you are or have done as an editor so that you can "seem cool". I also see similar other instances of lies that have gone unnoticed. For example, in September 2022, you added yourself to the Wikipedia:Million Award for having brought Medieval cuisine to FA status; yet you've never edited the article at all, let alone had anything to do with its FA designation. And other edits you've made have been disruptive, inexplicable, and even blatant vandalism. An example of the last is this edit a couple of days ago where you changed the sourced height of the subject. A more obvious example of vandalism is from March 2022, about a month after you created this account, where you blanked the Capitalism article. An example of "inexplicable" is this edit where you introduced a formatting error with the edit summary "Fuck you evan" and then immediately reverted yourself. What was the purpose of the edit, and who is evan? As for "disruptive", you've been told many times not to introduce "thumb" images into infoboxes; yet you keep doing it. You've also created many pages that have been deleted for copyright violations. Please address all of these problems.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:05, 21 May 2023 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of User en-nue
[edit]Hello Dainius36,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged User en-nue for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Disambiguation link notification for March 1
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Soviet–Japanese War, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Port Arthur. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
