Template:Chinese-name Yin Shang was a minister of Cao Wei during the Three Kingdoms period of Chinese history. He served under Ma Zun, the Administrator of Tianshui Commandery. He followed suit after his friend, Jiang Wei, defected to Shu Han during Zhuge Liang's first Northern Expedition against Cao Wei.
