Matt Cohler, (born March 27, 1977) is an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist based in Silicon Valley. He worked for Facebook as its vice president of product management (he left in June 2008)[1] and is currently a general partner at Benchmark Capital.[2] Cohler is responsible for identifying investment opportunities in Internet-related services, in addition to working closely with companies within Benchmark Capital's portfolio.

He was the seventh employee at Facebook and has worked with the team during many of its critical growth phases. He remains an advisor to the company.[3] Prior to that, Cohler was Vice President and General Manager at LinkedIn, and was a member of the founding team.[4][5]
