In the past, the page for the Anime World Order Podcast was deleted as the subject was deemed too trivial or not notable enough. Since the article was deleted, the podcast has since won the Parsec Award for best anime podcast the final year that they had the award.<ref>http://www.parsecawards.com/past-awards/2009-parsec-award-winners-finalists/</ref> They have also been guests regularly on industry podcasts such as ANNCast and have been listed as one of the most popular and respected anime podcasts on the internet<ref>http://www.google.com/#hl=en&q=most%20popular%20anime%20podcasts&fp=1&cad=b</ref><ref>http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AnimeWorldOrder</ref> I believe this makes them notable enough to have their own page |

Question
On the 2011 AO page what do you think of the diagrams. I think these are highly un needed since we have draw pages and are as redundent as the day by day summaries which you've rightly AFD. Just wanted to know what you thought as I am trying to get it to GA/FA standard but will probably have to remove the two things I've already mentioned and wanted some support before I did. KnowIG (talk) 18:28, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
- Hello. I agree that they're redundant, so I support their removal. —Anonymous DissidentTalk 01:00, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
SUL help
Hi AnonDis. I need your help. Long ago you helped me clean my global account, since then all went smoothly, and I had an awesomely clean global account (created I think Dec 2009). But as you can see in the link, the SUL account doesn't exist anymore. Before its magical disappearance, I owned all "Rehman" account on all wikis... Is this a temporary glitch? Or did someone click the wrong button somewhere? Rehman 13:58, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Rehman. I think it must have been a temporary problem, because it looks fine to me now. —Anonymous DissidentTalk 01:42, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
- Yup, looks normal. Thanks for your response. Warm regards. Rehman 02:42, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

Wikipedia Ambassador Program is looking for new Online Ambassadors
Hi! Since you've been identified as an Awesome Wikipedian, I wanted to let you know about the Wikipedia Ambassador Program, and specifically the role of Online Ambassador. We're looking for friendly Wikipedians who are good at reviewing articles and giving feedback to serve as mentors for students who are assigned to write for Wikipedia in their classes.
If you're interested, I encourage you to take a look at the Online Ambassador guidelines; the "mentorship process" describes roughly what will be expected of mentors during the current term, which started in January and goes through early May. If that's something you want to do, please apply!
You can find instructions for applying at WP:ONLINE.
I hope to hear from you soon.--Sage Ross - Online Facilitator, Wikimedia Foundation (talk) 20:00, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
Added template for SuggestBot
Hi,
Thanks for being one of SuggestBot's users! I hope you have found the bot's suggestions useful.
We are in the process of switching from our previous list-based signup process to using templates and userboxes, and I have therefore added the appropriate template to your user talk page. You should receive the first set of suggestions within a day, and since we'll be automating SuggestBot you will from then on continue to receive them regularly at the desired frequency.
We now also have a userbox that you can use to let others know you're using SuggestBot, and if you don't want to clutter your user talk page the bot can post to a sub-page in your userspace. More information about the userbox and usage of the template is available on User:SuggestBot/Getting Recommendations Regularly.
If there are any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me on my user talk page. Thanks again, Nettrom (talk) 16:15, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

- Hi there! I've heard you're a bureaucrat. I scrambled the password of Ling.Nut; am wondering if a CHU could restore my contribs to an account I can edit etc. If you wish to verify that I'm me, you can send an email to Ling.Nut from that user page... - Oh, Cymru.lass just pointed out the "send new password" button, which I had never noticed... clicked it; no reply yet but am waiting. Thanks! – Ling.Nut 03:35, 20 March 2011 (UTC)

- I pushed the "send me a new password" button, and a Wikipedia message came up that said one had been sent, but nothing arrived in my email account. I checked my junk mail too, of course. I'll try again once I'm sure 24 hours has elapsed (I'm afraid there may be some anti-vandalism code or something for excessive use of that button...) – Ling.Nut 05:01, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

Monitor. WikiProject Poland Newsletter: Issue 1 (April 2011)
WikiProject Poland Newsletter • April 2011
For our freedom and yours Welcome to our first issue of WikiProject Poland newsletter, the Monitor (named after the first Polish newspaper). Our Project has been operational since 1 June, 2005, and also serves as the Poland-related Wikipedia notice board. I highly recommend watchlisting the Wikipedia:WikiProject Poland page, so you can be aware of the ongoing discussions. We hope you will join us in them, if you haven't done so already! Unlike many other WikiProjects, we are quite active; in this year alone about 40 threads have been started on our discussion page, and we do a pretty good job at answering all issues raised. In addition to a lively encyclopedic, Poland-related, English-language discussion forum, we have numerous useful tools that can be of use to you - and that you could help us maintain and develop:
This is not all; on our page you can find a list of useful templates (including userboxes), awards and other tools! With all that said, how about you join our discussions at WT:POLAND? Surely, there must be something you could help others with, or perhaps you are in need of assistance yourself? You have received this newsletter because you are listed as a [member link] at WikiProject Poland. • Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 21:11, 25 April 2011 (UTC) |

Hi there. I notice that during the 2011 Australian Open you attempted to delete the day to day article and advised the removal of another silly table thing. Well guess what there back on the 2011 French Open page. I have been bold and removed both and we have a load of people going I like and nothing else. Hello, Anonymous Dissiden
You may not remember me, as it's literally been years since we've last spoken. I've recently decided to try to become active in Wikipedia again. However, things are much different than before. If you DO have a valid memory of me, you would remember how mutilated my grammar and punctuation was. Honestly, it's been about five years. I created this account underage which I'm pretty sure is a violation with the ToS. Aside from that, it'd be great hearing from you again and it'd be splendid if we both cooperated in editing articles like before. notactive (talk) 02:23, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hello Pendo, and welcome back. I do remember you, but it's clear you've changed somewhat since our last encounter. I'm always happy to hear about new and returning contributors; if you need help with anything as you re-enter the community, feel free to ask. Due to the pressures of my final year at high school, I'm not as active as I used to be and have not undertaken substantial editing projects for quite some time. My interest in Wikipedia hasn't waned, though, and I anticipate a return to full activity by November. It's good to hear from you. Cheers, —Anonymous DissidentTalk 04:34, 28 May 2011 (UTC)

Ur message on my talk page
Hi AD. You posted quite rudely on my talk page "stop trolling at RD .. your continuous rudeness won't be tolerated .. you'll be blocked for a week"? A week? Really? Please don't say I'm trolling here because I just want to understand what I've done wrong. I explained to FBN what Parseval's identity is. You have no right absolutely to delete what I said and nor do you have a right to harrass me on my talk page. If you're unhappy, then please come to my talk page like a civil person and explain what you're unhappy about. Have you heard of WP:AGF? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.2.4.186 (talk) 09:27, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
Also please read this excerpt of what I wrote:
You can thank me later for it but I'll tell you Parseval's identity. It's more conceptual to think of L^2 the space of measurable square-integrable functions on [-pi,pi] as a complex inner product space (Hilbert space). The idea is that the space has an orthonormal basis (general orthornormal basis can be found by wavelets) such as {e^{-in}} for n an integer. And if f is a function in L^2 you can take its inner product against each of these functions and get "components" of f. The point is, as you'd expect in any Hilbert space, the components are the only relevant data when it comes to taking inner products. So you can find the inner product (an integral) of two functions just by knowing their Fourier coefficients. Pretty cool math dude? So basically I advise you to find the Fourier coefficients of the function "x" on [-pi,pi] and take the inner product of this function with itself and apply Parseval. The PROOF of Parseval is probably well beyond the scope of your education; you'll see it when you get to university. It involves proving the completeness of the trigonometric system (in the L^2 case) which can be done nicely with convolution but I'll save the details to your lecturers at first year undergrad. uni.
I notice you said that you didn't know what "Fourier series" is and it shows since if you did know you'd see that the above is perfectly correct math. Feel free to consult anyone. But don't remove perfectly legitimate math just because you don't understand it. I don't want to insult you but I find you're insulting me by deleting text because you don't understand it.
For example Slawomir himself said I made a valid point. Did you read that? So I'm not a troll.
More Details
Hi Annonymous Dissident. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Please do note, however, that the edits made by my IP in May were not by me. my IP is dynamic and likely I got the Ip assigned by another user. Thanks for your efforts in this matter. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.2.4.186 (talk) 12:20, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
Reinstatement of post by 49.2.4.186 on WP:RD/MA
I moved this thread from my Talk page. Cuddlyable3 (talk) 12:04, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
Hello Cuddlyable. Could I ask you to justify your re-insertion of a portion of 49.2.4.186's post on the mathematics reference desk? You've labelled it "non-inflammatory" in your edit summary, but reading carefully you'll see it still constitutes a jab at Fly By Night. The mathematical content of the post is of little worth anyway, in view of the OP's question ("...does not use Fourier series"). The IP has perpetrated similar obnoxiousness as recently as mid-May; I think that allowing any part of his comment to remain is "feeding the trolls", so to speak. —Anonymous DissidentTalk 10:07, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- After deleting 49.2.4.186's first paragraph that we certainly agree was inflammatory, I understood that 49.2.4.186 feels a need to explain Parseval's identity and decided that part is acceptable in the discussion. I see the jab remaining towards Flyby Night but in mitigation 49.2.4.186 had offered a reference that looks valid to me and received a rebuff for the effort, plus scepticism about whose the PDF is. Posts in small font are often frivolous anyway. I was not aware of a previous pattern of behaviour by this IP but I see that they are communicating in the section above. Cuddlyable3 (talk) 12:04, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks Cuddlybabe! I don't understand why I'm being harrassed by Annonymous dissidude. I'm a mathematician probably more knowledgeable than him, what right does he have to boss me around? Besides I have every right to post Parseval's identity where I want to. FBN is allowed to accuse me and I'm not allowed to defend myself? Where's the freedom of speech? Anyways, please note that the pattern of behavior of "this IP" is not due to me. The edits there due to me are only for the June month. The other edits are probably by some other dude whose IP came back to me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.2.4.186 (talk) 12:31, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- Cuddlyable, the rebuff was in response to this out-of-the-blue jab; where it is suggested that I "brush up on the theory of integration". The sceptisim of the authorship of the PDF was well founded, because the IP admitted here that s/he didn't write it. — Fly by Night (talk) 14:01, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- To 49.2.4.186, the mitigation that I mentioned is not an exoneration. The issue with your post is civility, not the math. The latter looks appropriate but what I have seen of the former is not. I would find it hard to reconcile your apology "Sorry for the misunderstanding" above with complaint alleging harrasment and bossing posted just 11 minutes later. As this page belongs to Anonymous Dissident I advise you to respond considerately to Anonymous Dissident, who is tasked as an Admin here, without mocking anyone's name or their education as you see it. - Hear, Hear! Just to add that Anonymous Dissident is both an administrator and a bureaucrat[1]. So he's not the kind of user that you should be insulting if you want to have a long Wikipedia career. — Fly by Night (talk) 14:15, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- FBN I'm not an idiot. Not that you suggested that but I can change my IP VERY EASILY. So if I'm blocked I'll just reset my IP and come back again. I'm not afraid of anyone. And I have every right to argue against a moderator. If he blocks me I'll take him to court and take legal action against the b*ugger. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.2.4.186 (talk) 01:21, 15 June 2011 (UTC)
- See WP:LEGAL. I support Anonymous Dissident if s/he takes the action that the above makes inevitable. Cuddlyable3 (talk) 09:14, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

Alison has already blocked the IP for his offences. I suggest we all step away from the issue. He's now a known quantity who distinguishes himself by the mathematical nature of his editing (in particular, I strongly sense that the actions in May were from him, given this fact). —Anonymous DissidentTalk 13:31, 15 June 2011 (UTC)

Anime World Order Deletion
In the past, the page for the Anime World Order Podcast was deleted as the subject was deemed too trivial or not notable enough. Since the article was deleted, the podcast has since won the Parsec Award for best anime podcast the final year that they had the award.[1] They have also been guests regularly on industry podcasts such as ANNCast and have been listed as one of the most popular and respected anime podcasts on the internet[2][3] I believe this makes them notable enough to have their own page Sevds (talk) 17:30, 29 June 2011 (UTC)
