The Al Hekma Tower is a 61-floor tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction of the Al Hekma Tower started in 2009 after repeated delays [1]. Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his holding company, Pearl Properties, will be spearheading development efforts.
