World One is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, India.[5] It is located in Upper Worli[6] within Mumbai on the 17.5 acre defunct Shrinivas Mill site.[7] The project will cost 20 billion (US$240 million) and is expected to be completed in 2016,[8][9] becoming the world’s tallest residential tower.[10][11]

World One's architect is Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and the structural engineer is Leslie E. Robertson Associates.[12] Apartment prices in World One start from 75 million (US$900,000) with the most expensive being as much as 500 million (US$6.0 million),[7] while Lodha Group anticipates total revenue of 50 billion (US$600 million) from the sale of these apartments.[13]
