Veyvah (Dhivehi: ވޭވައް) is one of the inhabited islands of Meemu Atoll.
Geography
The island is 135.25 km (84 mi; 73 nmi) south of the country's capital, Malé.[2] The land area of the island is 41.6 ha (103 acres) in 2018.[3] The island was described as having an area of 34.5 ha (85 acres) in 2007.[4]

Healthcare
Veyvah has a pharmacy.[6] The island was severely affected by an outbreak of dengue fever in 2011, which led to a mosquito eradication programme.[7]
Transport
The reconstruction of Veyvah harbour was contracted to MTCC in 2017.[8]
