Welcome to the userspace of Trailblazer101, also known as Trail Blazer or Trail. I am an avid writer, storyteller, film enthusiast, and movie theater worker from Minnesota with interests in filmmaking, screenwriting, entrepreneurship, and journalism. You can message me on my talk page, while off-wiki contacts may be found at my AllMyLinks page.

My contributions focus on the topics of film (primarily the Marvel Cinematic Universe) and media and technology businesses. I often spend time refactoring references and ensuring the use of reliable sources, copyediting articles, reverting vandalism, participating in redirects for discussion and articles for deletion, and working on and creating redirects and drafts. I am an extended confirmed user, a page mover, a rollback, a pending changes reviewer, and a file mover, and I am redirect autopatrol listed, I have access to AutoWikiBrowser (AWB) and the Wikipedia Library, and I am a founding member of the Marvel Cinematic Universe task force. I have been fortunate to have received several WikiLove messages in my time here.

I enjoy writing and reading poems, novels, spec scripts, and comic books, and watching films of varied genres, such as science fiction, thriller, mystery, spy, crime, science fantasy, dark fantasy, drama, biographical, and horror. I also enjoy documentaries, banned books, debates, video games, biking, swimming, auto racing, listening to a variety of music, plays, concert performances, orchestras, drinking beverages, the role of journalism in society, the filmmaking process, telecommunications, the stories of Arthurian legend and Greek, Roman, and Egyptian mythology, and reading and analyzing literary texts and their connections to humanities, time, morals, ethics, logical and rational thinking, abductive and deductive reasoning, psychology, and philosophy. I am currently or have studied screenwriting, film editing and post-production, multimedia, web design, marketing, engineering, art and design, and astronomy. I am an avid reader and follower of news from journalists and periodicals about the entertainment and technology industries. I strive to become a production assistant-turned-film director/film producer/screenwriter and a studio or media executive, or to work as a journalist given my pursuit in citizen journalism, particularly for my work at my dormant Substack newsletter TheTrailBlazer.

I have previously contributed to and helped run several Fandom wikis, notably the LEGO Dimensions Wiki, its sister site the LEGO Dimensions Customs Community, and the content creation community the LMMCU Wiki, and contributed to the Marvel Cinematic Universe Wiki before leaving over its handling of sources. I have had my fair share of losses, disputes, and controversies from my past and in my time within these communities and from my work at movie theaters, which has, along with personal endeavors, allowed me to learn and face several lessons in how to work with and handle people, enhanced my beliefs as described above and my communication, strategizing, collaboration, negotiation, dispute resolution, and leadership skills. I firmly believe that there is always room to meet in the middle with common ground and that an alternative option or way of doing or achieving something exists. After departing from these wiki commitments, I began focusing on writing novels and spec scripts, furthering my research and education into the industries and areas of my interest, and migrated to Wikipedia. I also operate the test alternative account Trailblazer102.

Some of my idols and inspirations include Steven Spielberg, Bob Iger, Sumner Redstone, James Cameron, Christopher Nolan, Denis Villeneuve, Stephen King, Roger Ebert, George Lucas, Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stanley Kubrick, Werner Herzog, Aaron Sorkin, Alfred Hitchcock, Charles Dickens, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, Bram Stoker, Agatha Christie, Robert Zemeckis, David Fincher, Scott Derrickson, M. Night Shyamalan, Ridley Scott, James Gunn, Matt Reeves, Ivan Reitman, Rick Riordan, Neal Schusterman, Tom Hanks, and Morgan Freeman.
