- Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lisa Niemi
- Yes, I know, I'm usually one of the guys arguing for deletion. But the deletionists have is wrong this time. The subject easily passes WP:ENT, having a co-starring role in 23 episodes of a notable TV series, co-starring roles in notable films (where she is billed ahead of other notable actors), directing and writing credits for a notable and non-notable film, choreography credits for notable films and a directing credit for an episode of a notable series. Everything can be reliably sourced. The deletes are based on the lack of in-depth coverage about her. I contend that since her meeting (and surpassing) the WP:ENT criteria and the ability to prove it, establishes notability. Another editor has pointed out that most of her achievements happened before everything in the world was put on the internet. Niteshift36 (talk) 15:32, 30 June 2009 (UTC)
- I've added to the article, enough that the nominator for the AfD has changed his opinion to keep. However, he won't withdraw the nomination since there are a number of people pushing for merge to the article about Patrick Swayze. Niteshift36 (talk) 22:46, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
