Grand Old Man of the Army may refer to one of two career military men:

  • General Winfield Scott (1786–1866), United States Army General serving from the War of 1812 to the American Civil War, a fifty year career
  • General Sir Anthony Blaxland Stransham (1805–1900), British Army general, a fifty-three year career
