This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Catandungan Festival, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://tagaloglang.com/The-Philippines/Festivals/catandungan-festival.html.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Signpost exit poll

[edit]

Dear Wikipedian, you recently voted in the ArbCom election. Your username, along with around 155 other usernames of your fellow Wikipedians, was randomly selected from the 2000+ Wikipedians who voted this year, with the help of one of the election-commissioners. If you are willing, could you please participate (at your option either on-wiki via userspace or off-wiki via email) in an exit poll, and answer some questions about how you decided amongst the ArbCom candidates?

If you decide to participate in this exit poll, the statistical results will be published in the Signpost, an online newspaper with over 1000 Wikipedians among the readership. There are about twelve questions, which have alphanumerical answers; it should take you a few minutes to complete the exit poll questionnaire, and will help improve Wikipedia by giving future candidates information about what you think is important. This is only an unofficial survey, and will have no impact on your actual vote during this election, nor in any future election.

All questions are individually optional, and this entire exit poll itself is also entirely optional, though if you choose not to participate, I would appreciate a brief reply indicating why you decided not to take part (see Question Zero). Thanks for being a Wikipedian

The questionnaire

[edit]

Dear Wikipedian, please fill out these questions -- at your option via usertalk or via email, see Detailed Instructions at the end of the twelve questions -- by putting the appropriate answer in the blanks provided. If you decide not to answer a question (all questions are optional), please put the reason down: "undecided" / "private information" / "prefer not to answer" / "question is not well-posed" / "other: please specify". Although the Signpost cannot guarantee that complex answers can be processed for publication, it will help us improve future exit polls, if you give us comments about why you could not answer specific questions.

Once you have completed the email-based exit poll answers, click here to notify the Signpost column-editor, leave a short usertalk note specifying the *time* you sent the email, and click save. The point of leaving the usertalk note, is to make sure your answers are processed and published (not stuck in the spam-folder).

Processing of responses will be performed in batches of ten, prior to publication in the Signpost. GamerPro64 will be processing the email-based answers, and will strive to maintain the privacy of your answers (as well as your email address and the associated IP address typically found in the email-headers), though of course as a volunteer effort, we cannot legally guarantee that GamerPro64 will have a system free from computer virii, we cannot legally guarantee that GamerPro64 will resist hypothetical bribes offered by the KGB/NSA/MI6 to reveal your secrets, and we cannot legally guarantee that GamerPro64 will make no mistakes. If you choose to answer on-wiki, your answers will be visible to other Wikipedians. If you choose to answer via email, your answers will be sent unencrypted over the internet, and we will do our best to protect your privacy, but unencrypted email is inherently an improper mechanism for doing so. Sorry!  :-)

We do promise to try hard, not to make any mistakes, in the processing and presentation of your answers. Non-free images in Bicol Region

[edit]

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. We always appreciate when users upload new images. However, it appears that one or more of the images you have recently uploaded or added to a page, specifically Bicol Region, may fail our non-free image policy. Most often, this involves editors uploading or using a copyrighted image of a living person. For other possible reasons, please read up on our Non-free image criteria. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:53, 1 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not re-add non-free logos to Bicol Region because such decorative usage does comply with Wikipedia:Non-free content criteria, which is policy. The files may be linked to using the colon trick or they may be removed altogehter, but they should not be displayed. If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask them here or at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:18, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted because it included copyrighted content, which is not permitted on Wikipedia. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Association of Evangelicals in Africa requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from aeafrica.org/about. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. List of SB19 concert tours moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, List of SB19 concert tours, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 16:52, 14 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of SB19 concert tours has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Same exact information is available, in same form, in article on SB19. No need for separate article.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by HighKing was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Four previous declines highlighting lack of adequate sources to establish notability. No improvements made to sourcing. The topic is about an organization therefore must meet WP:NCORP guidelines. NCORP requires (at least) two references that contain *both* in-depth information *about* the *organization* and "Independent Content" (see WP:ORGIND for explanation). Notability is not determined by the volume of references, but the quality, so adding more references relying on announcements, interviews, etc, doesn't help when assessing the criteria for notability. Notability is also not inherited. None of the references in the article meet the criteria, as they rely on announcements or interviews or information provided by the company.

Can you clarify to me which part of the biography of this Music Artist is promotional? All the information was his biography, and he is a member of SB19. You can check all the references as well. I will improve it. I respect your judgment of the article, but I disagree that this is a promotional page. Evo1885 04:54, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
half of Artistry section is uncited. Public image section is close paraphrasing. The original is promotional. The cross paraphrasing doesn't remove that. Use better sources, don't use kprofiles.net, spotify as references in prose content. – robertsky (talk) 06:39, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Robertsky I already updated the info of the biography of SB19's member Felip Jhon Suson. Please help me to approve this. It's an honor that the fans of SB19 will appreciate. Thank you. Evo1885 05:18, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The notability as an individual artist is usually established when he has several notable works. See WP:BANDMEMBER. The majority of his work is SB19 related or derived through his work with SB19. Right now, I see only one solo song and one brand line. You are welcome to resubmit and let other reviewers look through, but my assessment stays the same. – robertsky (talk) 06:41, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Robertsky Can you give me the quantity of music produce for an artist being included in Wikipedia. I will take note this. Thanks Evo1885 07:03, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
There is no one number. However, many of us typically use 3 as the magical number. So, I should be looking at 3 individual works that's not related to the group. 3 lead songs, or 2 lead songs and 1 other individual item, etc. If he has a award related to the individual work or the work had charted, it will help with the notability. There is no rush to push the article up, in my opinion. For an artiste like him, it should be sooner than later his notability is established sufficiently. – robertsky (talk) 08:30, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Robertsky I updated it again, and I included some of the music with the group he co-wrote. Thank you. Evo1885 07:10, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into Television in the Philippines. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. @Devonian WombatHi may I ask how this kind of corporate articles XIX Entertainment passed to your standard? What is your bases? Kindly enlighten me. Thank you. Evotista 02:44, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
WP:CORPDEPTH and WP:NCORP, which are the guideline that all of us reviewers must follow when reviewing submissions, say that any article on a company has to have a number of independent, reliable sources that devote significant coverage to that company. At the moment, the last bit of that is this article's problem, most of the articles you used are about groups that are affiliated with ShowBT entertainment, such as 4th Impact and SB19, rather than about the company itself. What you need is a few more sources similar to source 8, which is the best reference currently used, in order to make the draft acceptable. The article isn't promotional or anything like that, so if you can improve the sourcing there should be no barriers to acceptance. Devonian Wombat (talk) 02:53, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Devonian Wombat Why this one XIX Entertainment was approved? From what criteria this kind of article passed to your standard? Evotista 02:59, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
As I did not approve that article, nor did it go through the AfC process, I cannot say. I will note it was created in 2011, when standards were lower than they are today. If you believe that they are not notable, you are welcome to nominate the article for deletion through the Wikipedia:Articles for Deletion process. Devonian Wombat (talk) 03:13, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Devonian Wombat you know the standard more than I. You should do that instead. Practice what you preach. Thank you. Evotista 22:45, 20 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Josh Cullen Santos moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Josh Cullen Santos, is not suitable as written to remain published. Information icon Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Josh Cullen Santos. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Liz Read! If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Josh Cullen Santos requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement.

Liz Read! Notice

The article San Jose, Viga has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG; all sources point to this existing, not being notable.

YARA (group) moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, YARA (group), is not suitable as written to remain published. Use of multiple accounts

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Gobautista, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Evotista (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who misuse multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. Thank you. 2A01:4C8:49:B2A2:D8D9:97FF:FE57:E2CC (talk) 12:26, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I see you've just removed Evotista's name from your user page, but you've also signed yourself as Evotista in many of your posts above, and Evotista uploads a lot of promotional photos to Commons, and then links them to articles you've started.
I also notice that Evotista on Twitter account, which you've just removed from your user page, retweets SB19 Wikipedia Team on Twitter a lot. Can you please explain? 2A01:4C8:49:B2A2:D8D9:97FF:FE57:E2CC (talk) 12:50, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Gobautista, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Gobautista|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Please respond before making any other edits to Wikipedia. 2A01:4C8:49:B2A2:D8D9:97FF:FE57:E2CC (talk) 12:37, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying, you may be blocked from editing. 331dot (talk) 14:02, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@331dot I am not PAID. I love music and my energy is focus on writing related to entertainment, culture and nature. For my long years in wikipedia I will never ruined my reputation with money., The Money that I don't need but I have enough to sustain my needs until I die. I just happy to write. Thank you. Do you coordinate your editing with others off wiki? 331dot (talk) 14:20, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot As a writer and researcher you need to engage to some writers and authors of the content outside wikipedia to confirm the reliability of the information I need for my content or articles here in wikipedia. Because If your are a writer specially about biography never assume. We need facts. User:Gobautista 14:26, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So is that a yes? 331dot (talk) 14:29, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot Yes I talk to the writer of the news and author of the articles outside Wikipedia.. How do write your article then? How do you confirm yong written article is real? User:Gobautista 14:33, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've never contacted the writers of the sources I've used.(in some cases it's not possible) If it's not clear to me that the source can be trusted to accurately report I don't use it. 331dot (talk) 14:42, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm more referring to other Wikipedia editors. 331dot (talk) 14:32, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot just like this Im having conversation with you now. I just replying when needed. User:Gobautista 14:35, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not talking about on-wiki communication. Noting that the only reason I'm bringing up Twitter is that you had a link on your user page- what about the Twitter "SB19 Wikipedia Team"? If anyone on this team is blocked from editing, that would make you a sockpuppet. 331dot (talk) 14:42, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sockpuppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, then, if you wish to do so, respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Gobautista. Thank you. Please make an a unblock request and a heretofore uninvolved administrator will look into this and remove the block if they determine I made an error. 331dot (talk) 14:54, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot If you check my articles there is none illegitimate articles. I am proud that I write and edit all in my page. User:Gobautista 14:54, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The merits of your edits are not currently at issue. It doesn't matter how good your edits are if you are socking. 331dot (talk) 14:55, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot Then may I know exact reason why you block my account? User:Gobautista 15:07, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

We are here as a role model and example to the next generation that only we are providing and writing information base on facts and verified informations. Decline reason:

This does not address the concerns raised at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Gobautista. Frankly, it's going to be hard for you to claim you weren't using two accounts. I think you need to immediately honestly address the situation. Yamla (talk) 15:35, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Yamla, 331dot We all know in the corporate world that a leader with poor judgment is a dangerous leader to the organization and its members. You can block as you want but I am aware that a person doing this to an editor and loyal supporter for 10 years. I started editing dated Feb 13, 2013, and blocking my account today for that accusation is an insult and unacceptable. God bless you all. User:Gobautista 04:38, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi User:Yamla User:331dot. Good day. We all know in the corporate world that a leader with poor judgment is a dangerous leader to the organization and its members. You can block editors as many as you want but I am aware that a person doing this to an editor and loyal supporter for 10 years. I started editing dated Feb 13, 2013, and blocking my account today for that accusation is an insult and unacceptable. God bless you both. Hoping that it's okay to accept that sometimes we have a wrong judgment to others. Keep it up. User:Gobautista 04:47, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Your judge is final right you have all the power and authority I don't need to defend my side. What I can say I am proudly supporter of Wikipedia for 10 years that's what I can say. Thank you for trusting me for 10 years. User:Gobautista 16:08, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The opinion is only final if you choose to not dispute it further. Most people who didn't do as claimed would dispute it, but you don't have to. 331dot (talk) 16:11, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot I will not dispute because you have wrong judgement and action. As an admin you should further investigate before acting like powerful admin. I will not explain but you are wrong. Thank you. Keep up the good work then. God bless you. User:Gobautista 04:17, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That's your choice. If it were me, I would appeal to everyone who would listen up to ArbCom if need be if such a wrong thing was done to me, but again, it's your choice. 331dot (talk) 09:46, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot @Yamla
@Yamla I will not argue with your judgment guys. For my 10 years here at Wikipedia as an editor this is my first time being judged. My patience is high with this issue. And I will let you guys decide. I will not explain and defend my side any further. You have all the authority and power I am just a simple editor but a proudly loyal supporter that's what I can say. Thank you for trusting me for 10 years and judging me today. God bless everyone. User:Gobautista 16:10, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Gobautista,
This block has nothing to do with the quality of articles you've worked on. It has to do with whether or not you have used multiple accounts illegitimately. If you haven't, you need to offer a plausible explanation for the arguments found at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Gobautista. If you have used multiple accounts, you need to acknowledge this, offer a statement that you understand Wikipedia's policy about sockpuppetry and state that you will no longer use more than one account or proxy edit for another account. You don't need to retire forever but if you want to continue editing again at some point, you need to discuss these accusations. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 20:40, 13 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Liz for my 10 years as editor here do you think I don't understand the policy? How can say that and coincide that I don't standard the policy? Prove your statement.. User:Gobautista 01:05, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Liz I Just want you to know that I am a supporter of Wikipedia and I know before supporting any organization you should know first its mission goals and objectives as a writer and researcher I know that I need to learn and read and understand its policy. Thank you for your comment, God bless. User:Gobautista 01:19, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I hope this appeal finds you well. I am writing to respectfully appeal the decision to block my Wikipedia account Gobautista on the grounds of Sockpuppetry. I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity and credibility of Wikipedia, and I am deeply committed to upholding these standards. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincerest apologies if my actions or behavior inadvertently led to any misunderstanding. I assure you that any similarity in activity was purely coincidental and unintentional. As a dedicated contributor to Wikipedia for the past 10 years, I have always aimed to contribute valuable and accurate information to the platform. Throughout my time on Wikipedia, I have made diligent efforts to contribute substantiated articles that meet Wikipedia's guidelines for notability and verifiability. I acknowledge that there have been only a limited number of verified articles under my name, but this is due to my commitment to delivering quality content over quantity. My intent has always been to enhance the credibility of Wikipedia by adhering to its core principles. I have developed a profound appreciation for the platform's mission of providing reliable and accessible information to people around the world. It would be disheartening to see my account, along with its contributions, permanently restricted due to a misunderstanding. I genuinely believe that this is an overly harsh decision considering my track record and intentions. I kindly request the opportunity to provide any necessary explanations, clarifications, or evidence that might help in rectifying this situation. I am open to cooperating fully with any investigation that would help confirm my genuine commitment to contributing positively to Wikipedia. I understand that Wikipedia is maintained by a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure the platform's accuracy and reliability. I greatly value the time and effort put in by the Wikipedia Administration Team and the community as a whole. I humbly request a reconsideration of the block placed on my account, taking into account my long-standing commitment to Wikipedia's principles. Thank you for your time and consideration of my request. I hope to have the opportunity to continue contributing constructively to Wikipedia in the future. Hoping for your understanding and grant my appeal to unblock my account. Thank you. Gobautista
