ABC Studios is the television production division of Disney–ABC Television Group. ABC Studios was established as Touchstone Films Television Division in 1985 and given its new names in 1986 and its current name in May 2007.

In June 2009, ABC Entertainment announced a new organization, effective immediately.[1][2] In January 2010, Disney–ABC Television Group announced it was cutting 5% of its workforce.[3]
