As shown in the history of article [[2023 FIFA Women's World Cup broadcasting rights]] page, talk page and article edit notes, '''Me and other users after a 48 hours talk''', had reached a common consensus on how the article should go from there, instead of respecting the consensus, he continued vandalizing the page even under warnings.
To make matters worst, he wants to put the blame on me, [[User_talk:Meganinja202#c-Aleenf1-20230720092400-July_2023|posting a block warm on my talk page as threat]] for defend the consensus of me and other users.

I had no other option, I am using report as last resort after warmings and explanations of why he should not vandalize the post, I tried warm him that he shouldnt edit over to prove a point and stop on his insistence, he not only kept ingoring me and other user edits, but also threated me with a block.

    Shortcut

    6. Reports of sockpuppetry should be made at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations unless the connection between the accounts is obvious and disruption is recent and ongoing.
    This noticeboard can grow and become backlogged. Stale reports are automatically cleared by MDanielsBot after 4–8 hours with no action.

    As shown in the history of article 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup broadcasting rights page, talk page and article edit notes, Me and other users after a 48 hours talk, had reached a common consensus on how the article should go from there, instead of respecting the consensus, he continued vandalizing the page even under warnings.
