The Northeast Asia Trade Tower or NEATT (Korean: 동북아무역타워) is a supertall landmark skyscraper currently topped-out in Songdo International City, the world's most expensive private real estate project in Incheon Free Economic Zone, South Korea.[2] The supertall is currently South Korea's tallest building, standing at 305 meters (1,001 feet) with 68 floors.[3] It surpassed the previous record-holder, Samsung Tower Palace 3 – Tower G in Seoul, when it topped-out in 2009.

The landmark tower of Songdo International Business District features 19 floors of class A office space, South Korea's tallest observatory on the 65th-floor, luxury hotel, serviced residences, as well as flagship and boutique retail stores. The column-free floors of NEATT has an office lobby at ground level with French limestone floors and Vermont slate stone walls.

It is located adjacent to Songdo Convensia, the Riverstone shopping center, and the Sheraton Incheon Hotel. The tower has an extensive parking station directly next door, as well as direct pedestrian access to a future subway station. NEATT allows for high pedestrian traffic through the direct connection to the office lobby via escalator and the space is frequented by residents of NEATT, along with residents of other developments nearby.

In February 2010, South Korea's tallest observatory on NEATT's 65th-floor opened to the public for the G-20 major economies meeting of finance ministers.[4]
