Harmon Township is located in Lee County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 378 and it contained 161 housing units.[1] Harmon Township was formed from Marion Township on March 3, 1857.

Geography

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.86 square miles (92.9 km2), all land.[1]
