This is a list of the first women lawyers and judges in Asia. It includes the year in which the women were admitted to practice law (in parentheses). Also included are the first women in their country to achieve a certain distinction such as obtaining a law degree.

  • Tserennadmid Narangiin:[342][343] First female Prosecutor General of the Aimag (upon serving as the Prosecutor General of the Selenge Aimag Prosecutor's Office from 1993 to 2001)
  • Janlavyn Byambajav:[344][345] First female to serve as a member of the Constitutional Court of Mongolia (1996)

  • Sushila Singh Shilu:[367][370][371] First female appointed as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal (c. 2001). She was also the first female to serve as a First Advocate and Senior Advocate in Nepal.[372]
  • Sushila Karki (1978):[373][374] First female appointed as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Nepal (2016)
  • Mohna Ansari (2003):[375] First female Muslim lawyer in Nepal
