Muhammad Zahid Khan (Urdu: محمد زاہد خان b. 14 April 1956) is a Pakistani Politician and Member of Senate of Pakistan, currently serving as Chairperson- Senate Committee on Water and Power.[1]

Political career

He belongs to Dir District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan, and was elected to the Senate of Pakistan in March 2009 on general seat as Awami National Party candidate.[2][3] He is the chairperson of Senate Committee on Water and Power[4] and member of senate committees of Communications, Information Technology & Telecommunication and Parliamentary Affairs.[5] He is the central spokesman of Awami National Party.[6][7]
