The renamed helicopter has two versions, the second type, Toofan II unveiled on January 2013 By General Ahmad Vahidi and delivered to both IRGC and Iranian Army. The chopper designed by Americans and is equipped with advanced Russian technology that most of the 1980's generation of combat choppers enjoyed. The targeting system is improved with new optical and laser technology like auto lock victim targeting.[2]
