    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied, restored as a draft or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

    This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page. Please do not request that articles deleted under speedy deletion criteria A7, G4, G5, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

If you feel an administrator has erred in closing a deletion discussion or in applying a speedy deletion criterion, please contact them directly.     • Ashleyliu, this was restored twice already (1, 2) and with any restoration there's the expectation that an article will be improved so that it will be accepted at AfC. The first time it was restored the article was worked on, the second time there was only a single edit. We need some sort of proof that the article will be worked on and that the company is notable enough to pass WP:NCORP. The draft looks to be predominantly sourced with WP:PRIMARY sources (things written by the company and/or people or organizations/businesses associated with them) and WP:TRIVIAL or routine things like database listings. To pass NCORP the company will need to have been the focus of in-depth, reliable sources that go beyond routine news coverage or primary sources.     • Basically, we need proof that the business is notable, as drafts and "Articles for creation" is not for the indefinite hosting of material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. Being successful isn't something that gives notability in and of itself and there have actually been billion dollar corporations that have failed NCORP - it's a pretty tough guideline to pass.     They have songs in movies such as: Fat Albert, Like Mike 2, and Yu-go-oh.

    Miguel (the singer) also auditioned for the group on their BET reality tv show Blowin Up: Fatty Koo

    I am asking for assistance to restore the page "David M. Schwartz (attorney)" that was speedily deleted on the basis that its content was a copyright violation based on this online page: http://gerstmanschwartz.com/partner-david-m-schwartz/ . However, it occured to me that the page of interest has been updated with a "Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0)" linked notice at the very bottom of that page.      Not done User:Amani.jarrar was not deleted as a copyright violation, but as content unsuitable to be hosted on Wikipedia. It looked to be a curriculum vitae, something that should appear on a University website, LinkedIn or ResearchGate, but not here. If you have contributed to writing Wikipedia pages then there would be some more leeway to write about yourself on your user page, but what was there was too much in any case.     File:Raj Photo 2018.jpg is not deleted and does not appear to be uploaded. However File:Sidebar-Raj 180.jpg does need copyright information to be supplied, so please add what you have there. When you say "Photo by Keita Funakawa for the Qualcomm Institute at UC San Diego" then we will need proof from the Qualcomm Institute that it is supplied under a suitable free license.     Thailand breast slap

    This was deleted as R3 (recently created, implausible redirect) in 2015, though it previously survived AfD with a merge recommendation back in 2011. It seems that the content was merged into Breast augmentation and later removed, but since the content is still in the target page history the source page needs to be retained for attribution. Unless I'm missing something, R3 doesn't seem to be the right criterion. The deleting admin is currently inactive, so asking here instead. —Paul_012 (talk) 07:49, 18 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

    This page only exists to restore pages that were deleted uncontroversially, and even then under certain conditions. A page deleted at a XfD that was participated in or after any other sort of discussion was by definition not deleted uncontroversially, and therefore such pages aren't eligible to be restored here.     Hi, I understand "notable" is a matter of opinion and you are quite entitled to yours. I did start several tech companies, one of which I took public on the Nasdaq: some might opine that as notable. If the idea is to come up with sources, I will be happy to get the appropriate ones from Fortune, LA Times, Nasdaq and so forth.     @Unnimama: Notability isn't really a matter of opinion here. Wikipedia:Notability is quite clear about what is "notable" on Wikipedia. Starting a company that's been taken public might make the company notable, but not necessarily you, because notability is not inherited. For you to qualify as notable on Wikipedia, you (that is, you personally, not the companies you started) need to have had significant coverage in multiple independent reliable sources. If you can point out what they are, I can restore the article to draft space for you to improve. If I simply restored it to main space, it would get deleted again for having no evidence of the subject's notability as defined by Wikipedia. ~Anachronist (talk) 04:03, 20 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

    @AlexisJazz: As I said before, notable is in the eye of the beholder, enough said. However, there is a Wikipedia definition which is worth perusing. Your points on conflict of interest and autobiography are well taken. Note that I did not create the original Wikipedia page, and wish to abide by Wikipedia standards.     @Unnnimama: I have restored it to Draft:Unni Warrier assuming in good faith that you will make the necessary improvements and submit the article for review using the submit button in the big box at the top. As someone with a conflict of interest, you shouldn't move it back to main article space yourself; let a reviewer do it. Also, please log in when you edit. The review submission is tied to your username, not the IP address you're using. I have the draft on my watchlist so I can look at it from time to time.     Thanks. Right. What a mess. Rosenzweig moved it to Commons as File:CarlBarksFinland.jpg, Doczilla killed the license here on enwiki, Cornischong from Luxembourgish Wikipedia needs to be credited for ruining the photo (honestly, Cornischong is expecting credit), a bot (MGA73bot2) moved the image from lbwiki to Commons, some currently unidentified idiot tagged the original that was moved by Rosenzweig as duplicate, Billinghurst couldn't possibly have been sober that day and deleted the original and redirected it to the mess Cornischong made and... that's when I accidentally ran into it and now I'm trying to fix the damage.     Not done – this Requests for Undeletion process is only for articles that were deleted uncontroversially, and does not apply to articles deleted after a deletion discussion. Since the article you are here about was deleted after a discussion took place at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Egypt national ice hockey team, it cannot be undeleted through this process. However, if you believe that the outcome of the discussion did not reflect the consensus of the participants, or that significant new information has come to light since the article was deleted, you may contact the administrator who closed the discussion, user Killiondude (talk · contribs). After you do so, if your concerns are not addressed and you still seek undeletion, a request may be made at deletion review.
