The following is a list of the Top 10 Films chosen annually by the National Board of Review of Motion Pictures, beginning in 1929.[1][2]

History

From 1930 till 2018, 74 times the NBR chose the film that would go on to win the Academy Award for Best Picture as Best Film. Twenty four of these times, the film selected was number one on the NBR's list for that year.
