Welcome to Today's articles for improvement (TAFI)
Each week we identify underdeveloped articles that require improvement. Our goal is to use widespread collaborative editing to improve articles to Good article, Featured article or Featured list quality over a short time frame.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask at the Teahouse (a friendly place for new editors), Help desk (questions about how to use or edit Wikipedia), or on our talk page (other questions related to the project).
Types of chocolate is this week's article for improvement. You can participate in this collaborative effort! Editing help is available. (Pictured: Chocolate most commonly comes in dark (bottom), milk (middle), and white (top) varieties)
Like many other WikiProjects, TAFI assesses the articles it is involved with. Unlike other projects, we only assess the article's state before and immediately after its week of collaborative editing – that improvement is one (but not the only) measure of our success. Our assessment criteria and procedure are explained on the Assessment page.
The archives page gives an overview of archived submissions and schedules. For unsuccessful nominations, archived by month, see Unsuccessful nominations for an index. For successfully nominated articles that were not selected to either be scheduled or kept in the holding area, see the Holding area archive. For articles that were scheduled and appeared as "Today's article for improvement", see the Schedule archive.
