This is a list of programs broadcast by Adult Swim, whether they aired in the past, are currently aired, or are scheduled to air in the future. Adult Swim airs on Cartoon Network, but is classified as a separate entity for the purposes of Nielsen ratings. If all episodes carried a particular rating descriptor (D, L, S, V), that descriptor will be listed. Otherwise, a generic rating without descriptors (TV-PG, TV-14, TV-MA) will be listed as the rating. Normally, the only content descriptor a "TV-MA" show will carry is "V". The only show to have been rated TV-MA-L is The Office, while the only shows to have been rated TV-MA-S are Stroker and Hoop ("XXX Wife a.k.a. Stroke-her and Boob"), and Neon Genesis Evangelion ("Weaving a Story 2: Oral Stage").

Unlike other networks, when it comes to canceled shows, Adult Swim usually leaves the door open for canceled shows to come back, be it on air or in another format. This is mostly because show creators of an Adult Swim series choose to move on to a new project, and like to leave the option open to return to their former project. So even if a show is listed under the "canceled" category, thanks to their low budgets and flexible schedules, there's a chance they could return some day. For example, Space Ghost Coast to Coast has been brought back in short form on Gametap while The Brak Show, Perfect Hair Forever, and 12 Oz. Mouse had episodes made for the internet.

Delocated 2009–present Created by Jon Glaser and starring Eugene Mirman. Season 1 ended March 29, 2009. Renewed for a second and third season.[2] [3] The second season is set to begin August 22, 2010.[4] TV-14
Metalocalypse 2006–present Season 3 currently premiering, started on November 8, 2009. Seasons 1 & 2 available on DVD. "The Dethalbum" and "Dethalbum II" are also available. Season 3 Part 1 finale aired on December 13, 2009 with Season 3 Part 2 premiering on August 22, 2010. TV-MA -TV-MA-V
The Oblongs 2002–present Originally aired on The WB, but was canceled after 13 episodes. Angus Oblong recently stated that new episodes will return to Adult Swim[5], although Will Ferrell will no longer provide the voice of Bob Oblong[6]. The first 13 episodes are available on DVD. TV-PG - TV-14
Superjail! 2008–present Season 1 began September 28, 2008 and ended December 7, 2008. In November 2009, Adult Swim revealed via the bumper cards in their commercials that a second season has been ordered, though the scripts are still being written. The Complete first season was released on DVD on February 23, 2010.[7] TV-MA-V
Robot Chicken 2005–present Seasons 1-4 available on DVD. Season 4 ended September 20, 2009. Season 5 consisting of 20 episodes premiers November 7, 2010. The show has been renewed for a sixth season also consisting of 20 episodes.[8] TV-14 - TV-MA
The Venture Bros. 2003–present Seasons 1-3 available on DVD and Season 3 on Blu-Ray. Season 4 Part 1 finale aired on December 13, 2009 with Season 4 Part 2 premiering on August 22, 2010. TV-14 - TV-MA

Mary Shelley's Frankenhole 2010 New stop-motion animated show from Dino Stamatopoulos, creator of Moral Orel. Ten 15 minute episodes are scheduled to premiere on June 27, 2010.[10]
Tight Bros 2010 Created by Sam Johnson and Chris Marcil, who have worked on Beavis and Butthead and How I Met Your Mother. Ten 15 minute episodes premiere October 10, 2010.[11]
Childrens' Hospital 2010 A new live-action spoof of TV hospital dramas premiered May 2, 2010. Seventeen 11-minute episodes are being produced. Produced and owned by Warner Bros. Television.
Mongo Wrestling Alliance 2010 A new animated comedy series from Metalocalypse co-creator Tommy Blacha will debut on October 10, 2010.[12] Ten 15-minute episodes are being produced.

Unrenewed / On hiatus / In Limbo

Titan Maximum 2009–present Season 1 ended November 22, 2009. It has yet to be renewed for a second season although a recent bump has hinted that Adult Swim will soon announce whether or not the show will continue. Currently airs on The Comedy Channel in Australia. The Season 1 DVD will be released August 10, 2010. TV-14
Xavier: Renegade Angel 2007–present Season 2 ended April 2009. Although there was talk at PFFR about a third season, Adult Swim has not renewed the series and as of May 5, 2010, it is unknown whether or not the show will be coming back. Volume 1 (Seasons 1 & 2) DVD was released November 10, 2009.[13] TV-MA

The Bob Clampett Show 2001–2002 Assortment of classic Looney Tunes cartoons, all of which were directed or produced by celebrated animator Bob Clampett (hence the title). Originally aired on Cartoon Network. Is generally believed to be filler material for the then-recently created time slot; however, the cartoons were left in their originally aired, unedited state (often containing material that could be found objectionable by today's sensibilities), hence its appearance on Adult Swim. The Brak Show 2000–2003 Spin-off of Space Ghost Coast to Coast (SGC2C), the show was unexpectedly canceled on New Year's Eve 2003, with viewers not finding out until the end of the episode. Ended in December 2003 with 29 episodes, and one webisode that aired on Adult Swim Video in 2007. Volumes 1 and 2 available on DVD. Not currently airing. TV-PG - TV-14
Cartoon Planet 1995–1999 A spin-off of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, aired on TBS and Cartoon Network, and is also used for filler in the 5-6 a.m. time slot. Like SGC2C, originally premiered and aired as regular Cartoon Network programming. TV-G
The Drinky Crow Show 2007–2009 Ended on January 25, 2009 with 11 episodes. Series cancellation was confirmed in a Maakies comic.[14] TV-MA

Home Movies 1999–2004 Originally aired on UPN. Adult Swim picked up the series and ordered new episodes. Ended in April 2004 with 52 episodes. Seasons 1-4 available on DVD. Airs Mon-Friday at 5:30AM TV-PG - TV-14
Lucy, the Daughter of the Devil 2005–2007 Season 1 ended November 11, 2007. A half hour second season was discussed along with an all new pilot, but both of which were never made due to creative differences. Series cancellation was confirmed by Loren Bouchard on August 5, 2009. TV-MA
Minoriteam 2005–2006 Ended in July 2006 with 20 episodes. TV-MA
Moral Orel 2005–2008 Airs Mon-Thursday at 1:00-1:30AM Series ended in December 2008 with 43 episodes.

Perfect Hair Forever 2004–2007 An indirect spinoff of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, 6 episodes were made for the first season and the creators weren't interested in continuing the show to a second season. A second season of 16 episodes was to premiere on Adult Swim Fix in 2007, but the income made off the broadband service was not sufficient enough. A seventh episode was played during the 2007 April Fool's Day, along with the previous episodes in reverse order; the pilot episode (alone) was released on DVD as part of Adult Swim in a Box on October 27, 2009. The Popeye Show 2002–2005 Assortment of classic Popeye cartoons. Used as filler material pending additional programming and shown with violence and politically incorrect humor (often depicting racial caricatures or caricatures of Adolf Hitler (the World War II cartoon "Spinach fer Britain" once aired on "The Popeye Show") TV-G

Sealab 2021 2000–2005 Adult Swim original animated program based on the 1972 Hanna-Barbera TV series Sealab 2020. Ended in April 2005 with 52 episodes. Seasons 1-4 available on DVD. TV-14
Space Ghost Coast to Coast 1994–2004; 2006–2008 Originally aired on regular Cartoon Network, the show moved to Adult Swim when the block premiered in 2001. Initially ended in November 2004 with 94 episodes, but new episodes aired on Gametap until May 31, 2008 with 110 episodes. Volumes 1-5 available on DVD with the 6th one to be released sometime this year. TV-PG - TV-14
Stroker and Hoop 2004–2005 Ended in December 2005 with 13 episodes. Still airs successfully to this day despite all episodes now being reruns. TV-14 - TV-MA
Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! 2007–2010 Seasons 1-3 available on DVD. The series finale aired on May 2, 2010.[16] TV-14 - TV-MA
Tom Goes to the Mayor 2004–2006 Creators Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim announced in Chicago that this series will be out-of-production for the foreseeable future, so that they may concentrate on their new sketch comedy series. Ended in September 2006 with 30 episodes. The Complete Series DVD was released April 3, 2007. TV-PG - TV-MA

Family Guy 2003–present New episodes from FOX air on Adult Swim at 11:00 PM on Mondays. Two episodes air every night 11:00 to 12:00 Monday through Thursday and on Sundays at 10:30 to 11:30. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood 2010–present Premiered February 13, 2010 at midnight.[17] The series is a remake of the series Fullmetal Alchemist, based on the events of the manga as opposed to the separate direction the original anime went into. New episodes air every Saturday night at 12:00 am. First anime series to air in high definition. TV-14

Star Wars: The Clone Wars 2009 Computer-animated series that also airs on Cartoon Network. It aired on Adult Swim at 12:00 AM on Saturdays nights. It was removed from the Adult Swim Schedule as of 9/28/2009. Only series to simulcast on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, without fully switching from one to the other. TV-PG-V
Neighbors from Hell 2010 Series premiere for Adult Swim's sister channel TBS. It airs Sundays 11PM, starting June 13.

On Hiatus

Bleach 2006–present Returned from a six-month hiatus on March 2, 2008 with Season 3, episode 53 and ran continuously until the end of Season 8 with episode 167 on November 21, 2009. Baby Blues 2002–present Canceled WB series with 13 episodes. Based on the popular comic strip. Adult Swim lost the rights to air it in 2004, then regained them and it returned December 18, 2009.

Cowboy Bebop 2001–present Premiered Sunday, September 2, 2001 at midnight [21] Adult Swim's first anime series. It is aired edited for content, yet it was successful enough to be broadcast repeatedly for four years. It was rerun again in 2007, 2008, and the first part of 2009 and now 2010. It is currently being shown on Adult Swim Video. Several episodes were aired out of sequence during the show's first run due to content that was deemed not appropriate in light of the September 11th terrorist attacks in New York City. FLCL 2003–present Premiered August 4, 2003 at midnight.[22] Adult Swim occasionally refers to FLCL as "The greatest show we have ever aired." [adult swim] often used a bump to state that the credits for this show were never shown because they were entirely in Japanese. Astro Boy 2007–2008 The original black and white Astro Boy series from the 1960s. Only the first 52 episodes aired. .Kid-friendly show TV-PG
Blood+ 2007–2010 Based on the movie Blood: The Last Vampire and the books that followed. First run aired from March 11, 2007 to March 23, 2008. Its second run did not finish and the show was pulled off the lineup on December 14, 2009. The airing rights to this series expired in early 2010, along with those of Death Note which had completed its third run.[27] TV-14 - TV-MA
Blue Gender 2003–2004 Premiered August 4, 2003 at 12:30AM [28] This series is now syndicated to CoLours TV. Edited for content. Also airs on FUNimation Channel. TV-14 - TV-MA

Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 2008–2010 The 25th episode of R2 aired on June 6, 2009. Marking the end of the series. The rights to this series expired on April 23, 2010. TV-14 - TV-MA
Death Note 2007–2010 Episode 37 aired on July 6, 2008, ending the first run of the series. A second run began later that year. Some time during this run the series aired two episodes back-to-back on Saturdays, which was increased to four episodes toward the end of the third run, so that it could be completed before the airing rights were lost. At the end of the series' third full run, it was pulled from the schedule, with Episode 37 (the final one of the series) being the last episode shown. Shortly thereafter, in early 2010, the airing rights to this series expired, along with those of Blood+.[30] TV-14 - TV-MA (episode 37)

Lupin the 3rd 2003–2006 Also known as Shin Lupin III, it is the second Lupin series. Adult Swim aired 26 episodes; more are available on DVD. Episode 3 went unaired at Geneon's request due to Nazi references, despite a preview's inclusion at the end of the preceding episode.[31] Currently, Adult Swim only holds the airing rights for a few of the aforementioned 26 episodes, and has not aired the show at all since 2009. Shin-chan 2006–2009 An American redubbing of the original Japanese children's cartoon, produced by FUNimation, with dialog and episode content rewritten for comedic effect. First shown in 2006 as a short series of 6 episodes, the show was overwhelmingly well-received by viewers[citation needed] and picked up for a full season approximately one year later. 52 total episodes were aired. The rights to this series expired August 1, 2009. Although it received good ratings, Adult Swim did not attempt to keep or regain its airing rights. It is unknown whether more episodes were produced. The series is currently available on DVD. TV-14 - TV-MA
The Super Milk-Chan Show 2004–2005 A Japanese import. Ran for 12 episodes, and a series of shorts were compiled into 3 half hours. With the exception of Crayon Shin-chan, it is the only "true" anime series to be considered a "comedy" (as opposed to "action" where most anime is listed) on Adult Swim programming. TV-PG - TV-14
Tenchi Muyo! 2002–2004 Originally aired on Toonami in edited form. Uncut version aired on Adult Swim. Has since been bought by AZN Television. TV-PG - TV-1
Trigun 2003–2007 Premiered in America on March 31, 2003 at midnight [34], it gained a substantial fan base becoming a very popular show on Adult Swim. The rights to this series expired in the Summer of 2007. TV-14

The series did airs on Colours in their syndicated blocks. It was aired until April 2006 on Cartoon Network, which it aired its final episode. Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters April 13, 2007 Theatrical release date of April 13, 2007. Released on DVD as Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters for DVD on August 14, 2007. Aired on Adult Swim on March 30, 2008 at 11:30 p.m. EST and at 3:00 a.m. EST.

It is also notable that the on-air showing was an April Fools' Day prank. It did indeed air, but it took up only a fraction of the screen (the frame was a couple inches big), as the regular programming aired. The film had a cameo by Space Ghost being a special guest.

Death Fighter TBA, 2012 The sequel to the first Aqua Teen movie, which is set to come out, most likely DVD then theaters, summer 2012 with Space Ghost making a cameo like the first film.

Upcoming pilots

Eagleheart 2010 The series will be produced by Conan O'Brien's production company, Conaco, and will star Chris Elliott. The pilot is set to premiere on August 22, 2010 [3].

Korgoth of Barbaria 2006 Created by storyboard artist Aaron Springer. Executive produced by Genndy Tartakovsky. Premiered on Sunday, June 4, 2006 at 10:30 p.m. EST and was highly acclaimed. Two more storyboards were ordered, but the series was not greenlit, allegedly for financial reasons. The pilot was released on DVD, as part of Adult Swim in a Box on October 27, 2009. TV-MA-V

The New Big Ball with Neil Hamburger 2008 Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim project starring Neil Hamburger. Described as a mixture of a "Japanese bizarre game show and ‘The Price Is Right."[41] The pilot was finished, but Adult Swim rejected the pilot after being unsatisfied with the final product.

The Xtacles 2008 The first 2 episodes aired November 9, 2008 at midnight. Although no further episodes were ever produced, an animated short bridging the gap between the show and Frisky Dingo was released on DVD, as a special feature on the season two DVD of Frisky Dingo on January 6, 2009. Anime Talk Show 2004 This episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast featured Space Ghost interviewing Meatwad from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Sharko from Sealab 2021, and Early Cuyler from Squidbillies. It was meant as a response to the pilot episode of Perfect Hair Forever, which unexpectedly preempted the Squidbillies pilot, but failed at this and is now a considered Space Ghost episode. Boo Boo Runs Wild 2002 Originally aired on Cartoon Network in 1999, this was a Yogi Bear/Ranger Smith original cartoon animated by Spumco. The same short was aired on Sundays, week after week, for two months in January and February 2006. This was one of the few programs that aired on Adult Swim that had under a TV-14 rating. TV-PG
Young Person's Guide to History 2008 Aired as a two-part TV special from the creators of Saul of the Mole Men, Part One aired on October 27, 2008 and Part two aired a week later on November 3, 2008. Originally intended to be a full series, the show's first season order was cut late into production, after much of it had already been completed. The final two-part special was spliced together using multiple finished scenes from the original show. TV-MA
