The historical building of the Cailler chocolate factory in Broc, near Gruyères (Switzerland). It also hosts the visitor's centre "Maison Cailler".

CAILLER is a Swiss chocolate brand. It was founded by François-Louis Cailler in 1820 and bought by Nestlé in 1931.

History

Francois-Louis Cailler was born in Vevey, Switzerland in 1796. Together with Abram L. C. Cusin, Cailler first opened a grocery shop in Vevey in 1818 before starting to produce chocolate on a larger scale.
