Airlines and destinations
The airport is serviced by direct flights both to and from Almaty and Semey, operated by Southern Skies Airlines (on behalf of SCAT Airlines) using an Antonov An-24.
Famous visits
In the Summer of 2023, Úrjar Airport was visited by famed aviation reporter Noel Philips, who connected through the airport both on his outbound journey to Semey and his inbound journey back to Almaty.
