Stella Maxwell (born (1990-05-15)May 15, 1990) is a British fashion model. Since 2015, she has been one of Victoria's Secret's Angels, among whom she is currently the only British model.

Early life

Stella Maxwell is a British model.[2] Born in Belgium to Northern Irish parents,[3] she was raised in Belgium until she was 13 years old,[4] where she attended the European School, Woluwe. She then moved with her family to Canberra, Australia,[4] where they stayed for one year[5] before moving to Wellington, New Zealand when she was 14.[4] She attended Queen Margaret College and the University of Otago where she was discovered as a model.[4]

Her father is a diplomat.[6]

Career

She walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014[7][8] where she was credited. In 2015, she became a Victoria's Secret Angel.[9][10]

Throughout her career, she has advertised Alexander McQueen, Asos, Ermanno Scervino, H&M, Puma, River Island, Urban Outfitters, Vianel, and Victoria's Secret. She walked for Fashion Rocks, Giles, Jeremy Scott, Marc Jacobs, Moschino, and Victoria's Secret.

She has done editorials for several fashion magazines including 7000, Bullet, Dossier, Dress to Kill, Elle, Elle Italia, Elle UK, Glamour, i-D, Interview, fr [Jalouse], Madame Figaro, Mixte, Numéro, Purple, The Last Magazine, Vogue España, Vogue Italia, Vogue Japan, and Vogue UK.
