Disambiguation link notification for January 17
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Survival Island 3 - Australia Story, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Caucasian. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Under construction tag
I have been reading Wikipedia for a decade or more, editing for about a year now, and I have never seen that "New Page" tag before. Appreciate the heads up about it, and I hope to have Dark Lord in serviceable condition in relatively short order! ErdrickLoto (talk) 06:33, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

- Honestly, if the draft isn't even going to link its expected sources, it's best incubated in draftspace or userspace (out of mainspace). czar 10:08, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

MED
Hello, MED is trademark pending for Medical Equipment Dynamics. The term MED should include this information, as it has been widely used in the healthcare industry for many years now. MED is synonymous with Medical Equipment Dynamics througout healthcare specific to the company that sells Medical equipment...similar to GE. 11:52:14, 28 January 2016 review of submission by Harold Eban Brown
Good Afternoon,
I am trying to add a page for Harold "Eban" Brown, but you have declined its submission.
Please can you tell me why and what I need to do in order to get this added on to Wikipedia?
Thank you.
- Hi Harold Eban Brown - your draft was declined because it didn't prove notability. Your references aren't reliable and half of them being Wikipedia articles doesn't help (you can't reference Wikipedia in a Wikipedia article. I suggest you read the following things: WP:GNG, WP:N, WP:RS, WP:N (music) and WP:MUSICIAN. Anarchyte 11:59, 28 January 2016 (UTC)

Dear Anarchyte,
Thank you very much for reviewing my draft. I would be grateful if you could share with me some helpful tips to improve the references in my article. Thanks!
MESA po (talk) 11:49, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
- Hello MESA po, your draft was declined because I felt the references provided weren't at a high standard. The first reference is fine, but things like the 7th reference aren't very useful for your article because they were published by the corporation in question (if that didn't make sense; a blog post by malERA wouldn't as reliable or useful as a post about malERA by a 3rd party). You may also want to beef up your article a bit. There also, currently, isn't a lead, which is an issue. Anarchyte 11:55, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
Thank you very much for letting me know. Which type of sources would you recommend me? Besides the lead, is there anything else you would suggest in order to strenghten the article?
- I'd recommend reading WP:RS. That'll tell you the reliable source guidelines. Besides the lead, you could add more information throughout the article, as well as a history section (you could probably merge the "Current activities" part into that). Anarchyte 12:09, 28 January 2016 (UTC)

DYK for Survival Island 3
On 30 January 2016, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Survival Island 3, which you recently nominated. The fact was ... that an online petition calling for the removal of Survival Island 3 from Google Play and the App Store had received more than 60,000 signatures as of January 16, 2016? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Survival Island 3. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. ZMR Game Page Submission
I have a few questions about the ZMR page you reviewed today. I understand the gamepedia references are not reliable, but most of the information about gameplay actually came from in-game, and I simply used gamepedia's pages as corroboration for the information I already had from poking around in game. Would it be better to remove those references (or perhaps simply remove the gameplay section? The vast majority of references outside that section (not all, but more than 75% I think) came from sources I found using the reliable source google search parameters listed on the reliable video game sources information page here on Wikipedia.
So, just a quick question, really. Would this page get approved without the gameplay section or without the gamepedia references? Thanks. Baraqorn (talk) 18:27, 28 January 2016 (UTC)
- If you found the information yourself, that's original research. Yes, remove the Gamepedia references but I'm not sure if it'll still pass, you might want to talk to Czar. Anarchyte (work | talk) 00:50, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
- So, original research is also a no-no, right? Which is why I corroborated everything in that section with an outside source. Unfortunately, that source is also unreliable according to Wikipedia rules. So would it be better to simply remove the gameplay section? Baraqorn (talk) 19:51, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, original research is normally a no-no (but it can be tagged with
{{original research}}
). Can you check to see if any of your other references (such as the IGN one) contain any info about the gameplay? Try searching for references based on "ZMR" "Zombies/Monsters/Robots" and "Zombies Monsters Robots". If worst comes worst, yes you can remove the section but you could possibly reference the steam store, even though that's a primary link. Anarchyte (work | talk) 23:35, 29 January 2016 (UTC)- I have removed the gamepedia references, added the original research tag to that section and mentioned where the research came from on the Talk page. I resubmitted the page with those changes. Most of the rest of the references were found using the wikipedia video game google template, so I am hopeful they are strong enough to warrant publication. 2016 GA Cup
Greetings, all! We would like to announce the start of the 3rd GA Cup, a competition that seeks to encourage the reviewing of Good article nominations! Thus far, there have been two GA Cups; both were successful in reaching our goals of significantly reducing the traditionally long queue at GAN, so we're doing it again. Currently, there are over 500 nominations listed and about 450 articles waiting to be reviewed. We hope that we can again make an impact this time. The 3rd GA Cup will begin on March 1, 2016. Four rounds are currently scheduled (which will bring the competition to a close on July 31, 2016), but this may change based on participant numbers. There will be slight changes to the scoring system, based upon feedback we've received in the months since GA Cup #2. The sign-up and submissions process will remain the same. We're also looking to spice up the competition a bit by running parallel competitions. Finally, there's a possibility of assisting a WikiProject Good Articles backlog drive in the last three weeks of February, before our competition. Please stay tuned for more information as we get it. Sign-ups for the upcoming competition are currently open and will close on February 20, 2015. Everyone is welcome to join; new and old editors, so sign-up now! If you have any questions, take a look at the FAQ page and/or contact one of the judges. Cheers from 3family6, Figureskatingfan, Jaguar and MrWooHoo. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletters, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.

Verification
Hi article on t.k.chand has been marked for refimprove could you point out which points are needing verification? All references seem to clarify any points mentioned. Also why has it been tagged with notability ?
Editninja16 (talk) 08:06, 9 February 2016 (UTC) Editninja16 (talk) 08:06, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
- @Editninja16: Half the article isn't referenced. The whole honors and bibliography section is unreferenced and half the career section is too. Also, the article reads slightly promotional so you might want to rewrite some of it. Anarchyte (work | talk) 08:11, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
Hello Anarchyte,
I am not sure why you say half the article isn't referenced while I can see that the referenced mentioned duly point to the facts written. Agreed on the Bibliography and Honor section but not on the rest.
Would mentioning the ISBN be enough for the bibliography? And I'll shortly be putting up the sources for Honors. In addition to this I would like to know why notability is an issue since I can see nearly 132 mainstream media wires covering the person including Reuters, Economic times, Hindu, Times of India, Business Today etc.
I would also like to know which part of the article sounds promotional and would like to improve it, could you please point out?
Editninja16 (talk) 09:32, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
In-depthish response
@Editninja16: The following sections are unreferenced:
- Early life and education
- Career
- Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited / Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant
- Central Coalfields
- Bibliography
- Honors
As for the promotional stuff, this is just my opinion and others may disagree:
- He has always been the one to excel in his academics.
- It is astonishing how a management trainee became the director of the same company.
Also, something I just noticed, the line Chand said he has asked his team to simultaneously renegotiate contracts with the aim of reducing 20% in procurement costs, saving Nalco Rs 80-100 crore. Chand also sees an opportunity in leveraging Nalco's mining expertise and plans to convince the board to include mining in its vision plan. has been directly taken from here. You're going to need to change that. Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:02, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
Hello @Anarchyte:,
I am grateful for your response in helping me out on my first article.
All the points needing referencing will be solved. The lines mentioned as to be promotional will be rephrazed in a neutral point of view. You are right about the directly taken line it'll be removed and rephrazed in own words. I didnot get your response regarding ISBN (if ISBN is enough for the book's reference).
Also Is the notability issue now clear? Could you please remove notability tag? I'll work on the points above and get back to you. Please respond to the questions above. Editninja16 (talk) 10:08, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
- You're free to remove the tag when you deem it fit. And I think the ISBN would be fine, although I might be wrong (don't quote me on this). Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:11, 9 February 2016 (UTC)
ArenaCube review
Dear Anarchyte,
Thank you for reviewing my draft. It would be very helpful if you could advise me why the reference do not adequately show the subject's notability and how can i improve them.
The references i have added are from 2 major betting b2b magazines/sites, so they are quite high standard. Especially the one has also a wiki page (the igaming business). Additionally the other one is from ICE TV, the tv network of the biggest betting/technology exhibition ICE Totally Gaming show and lastly from one Greek news site.
Thank you a lot in advance. — Preceding unsigned comment added by T.kalamakis (talk • contribs) 11:53, 10 February 2016 (UTC)
- Hi, as the message on the draft says, you need more references of higher standard. Read WP:RS for more information on how to find reliable sources. You also need to prove notability, which means the article needs to tell us why the company is notable. Anarchyte (work | talk) 06:11, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
Kappak (Game)
Hi Anarchyte,
I believe you recently reviewed my post creation "Kappak (Game)." I'm wondering how to appropriately cite this article?
The source is from the Culture and Heritage of that province in Iran.
However this was spoken, and I'm not sure what academic/ English publishing has been done.
In the future: 1) Can we reference a small WP site than on-references a reliable source? 2) Can we reference publishers that are in an arm of Iran Government (such as Culture and Heritage) which are not Penguin, Oxford (western corporations)? 3) If there is no reliable reference, but the knowledge is common to locals in the area (not disputable), how would we go about referencing this? For example, I'm from a small town in Australia, if it's common knowledge a mountain hike is "approximately 5km between the carpark and Cape Bluff lookout, taking most people 3-5 hours to climb" how would someone reference this? Or if it doesn't need to be referenced, can Joe Bloggs upload this information with links to his WP blog?
Many thanks for your support,
Brad — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bradrimm (talk • contribs) 12:14, 10 February 2016 (UTC)

Draft:TopSpeed.com
Hi there, you mentioned "possibly notable, postponing" on Draft:TopSpeed.com. Would you be able to help me find the right references to get the draft published? I'm just not sure about what type of references I should be searching for.
I noticed, for example, that the publication posted an automotive study/infographic in November that received quite a lot of coverage in the media, from high authority sources such as New York Daily News, Popular Mechanics, Co.Create and others.
Would these references be adequate to support the notability of the publication (I haven't added them yet)?
Many thanks!
WikiAlexandra (talk) 18:00, 10 February 2016 (UTC)
- Possibly. Looking at the other references, they seem to be reasonable, with a few being bad (the Apple reference (if you can't find a third-party, that can probably slide) and the primary references from TopSpeed). What it means by postponing is that I felt the article wasn't bad, but the opposite, that it has potential. As for the type of references, you need to find in-depth third party reliable sources that verify the claims. Anarchyte (work | talk) 06:19, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- Got it. I added those references and also created a lead that adequately points out the subject's notability. Regarding those two primary references (the ones that mention the team and the number of visitors per month), I'm not sure I can bypass those, so let me know if those need to be deleted (not sure how to otherwise get the information). Other than that, would you say the draft would be suitable for publishing? Many thanks! WikiAlexandra (talk) 23:35, 11 February 2016 (UTC)
- @WikiAlexandra: I'd say it'd be getting close. After that, try to expand the "About" section. Anarchyte (work | talk) 06:54, 12 February 2016 (UTC)

I have taken my other pages of line now though which you can check here at the link below

Rashid Ajami Page
Hi i have spent time editing the rashid ajami page. I have added references, cited the full discography. It is no longer a copy paste from initial draft but has been built upon. I wanted your opinion on what you feel is missing and what to do to improve it if so? I really feel there are enough references in place now which was the feedback from the initial draft submission. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Davidhollinge (talk • contribs) 10:36, 13 February 2016 (UTC)
- @Davidhollinge: Hi, I nominated it for AfD because it was originally a copy from the declined draft. Looking at it now, I still don't think it makes the cut. That's why I asked you to work on the draft and resubmit it, instead of editing the mainspace copy. We'll see how the AfD works out. You can request it to be userfied or moved to draft namespace if you wish, although you will need to do that after or during the AfD discussion. Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:44, 13 February 2016 (UTC)

Need your help, guidance and advice
Hello there,
Greetings for the day.
Kindly note I am trying to create article related to Balrajeshware Mandir (Temple), a religious place in Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This temple is 100 years old, and there is a road name on Temple (Balrajeshwar Road) and this temple is situated on Balrajeshwar Road itself only.
I have submitted/resubmitted this article three times and it's been rejected for lack of Reliable Source of reference. I have tried to find many many sources of references, only mange to find Google Map link, Google plus link, two news papers link and two official government links, and one website (wwww.balrajeshwarmahadev.info). These all references have provided in this last edit, mentioned in second table.
Kindly help me to understand would these links reasonable enough to create this article?
Please give your comments and guidance creating this article.
Note: Enclosing / last submitted current article and link details for your ready reference.
Thanx and rgds,

Balrajeshwar Mahadev Mandir (Temple) [1] is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, situated in Mulund (West) on the junction of Balrajeshwar Road [2] and Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg [3] next to Keva Fragrances [4]also very near to R-Mall. The Balrajeshwar Mahadev Mandir [5] was established by Late Shri Godhardas Khattau approximately a 100 years ago (this event was celebrated from 22nd September to 24th September 2001).
Every year the festival of Maha Shivratri [6] (the day lord Shiva was married to goddess Parvati) is celebrated on very big scale. Thousands of devotees visit on Maha Shivratri. From 2013 every year 21 ft high ice Shiva Lingam is created for Darśana [7] around Maha Shivratri festival. |

Help on referencing and verify?
What improvements can you recommend to get the bio I wrote about Draft:Dawn Robinson (Executive) approved?
She and her companies had entires in Wikipedia in the past that have disappeared now.
Many of the companies she worked in the past for closed and articles that existed online via trade publications or magazines have been removed as sites have aged, etc. She has had a long standing career and deserves this recognition.
How do I improve referencing to be verifiable when this happens as references develop 404 errors etc?
Your help is appreciated, thank you for your time.
Muzikmuse (talk) 03:09, 17 February 2016 (UTC) Muzikmuse
- Hi Muzikmuse, in order to find out what a good reference is, read WP:RS. That is the reliable source guideline and will tell you everything you need to know. If there's a 404 error/the website is dead, then check sites like web.archive.org and archive.is for old versions of the site. If you use an archived copy, please try to make sure all the info in the article is from the version archived, not a later version which isn't included in the archive. You need to use the references to verify the claims, such as "She has had a long standing career and deserves this recognition"; I have no verification of that at the moment. The article could say she's/she's had <example> but if there's nothing to back it up, everyone is going to take it like a grain of salt. As for their being old Wikipedia articles on the companies and herself, you could try reviving them in your userspace, and if they have references, that would be great. HOC Myfitegre
Hello Anarchyte!
My name is Fit and I'm a gamer as well! I run a YouTube channel for a video game called HOC Myfitegre Check it out if you're interested!
Thanks you very much for taking the time to review my extremely novice wikipedia draft submissions. I have never created a wikipedia article for perhaps ten years and it's not at all like i remembered it.
I do apologize if it's frustrating to review my submissions but I can assure you that I'm taking your advice on how to make the article relevant, non salesmanlike in nature, and on point with today's modern writers.
I AM an employee of Andrew Delaplaine and I manage all his web accounts. I used to be his personal assistant but since moving from florida this is no longer a possibility.
All we want to do is properly submit the wikipedia article.
I am going through your notes on the last declination and I will systematically go through them and submit afterwards so as not to waste your time.
I just wanted to introduce myself and make it known that I'm not some anonymous web idiot trying to sell my books on wikipedia!
I love Andrew and he's done a lot of wonderful work so I'm fairly certain he does merit a wikipedia article, definitely not the previous ones i've submitted I'm SORRY.
Any other direct advice that you feel would really help out my work here would be much appreciated! THank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hocmyfitegre (talk • contribs) 18:10, 17 February 2016 (UTC)

As I thought was said in the Wiki instructions, I was asking for help from others who are well versed, who would help me compile an interesting few sentences. So I included several points that I thought might be worthwhile to use in additions to the existing work. My intention is simply to add information about the final pages of the TKAM book which uses Seckatary Hawkins as reference. My problem is - I am not sure how to word what is acceptable. I imagine a paragraph at the very end of the current text would be workable. That might include the following:
Harper Lee uses the principles of one of her favorite childhood authors, Robert F. Schulkers, and the Seckatary Hawkins children’s adventure series to end her story. website: www.seckatary.com
Quotes of Seckatary Hawkins books - Stoners Boy and The Gray Ghost are used to illustrate the moral lesson of this story. The final 3 pages of To Kill A Mockingbird (2 pages in later editions) follows:

Atticus was in Jem's room, sitting by his bed. He was reading a book. "Is Jem awake yet?" "Sleeping peacefully. He won't be awake until morning." "Oh. Are you sittin' up with him?" "Just for an hour or so. Go to bed, Scout. You've had a long day." "Well, I think I'll stay with you for a while." "Suit yourself," said Atticus. It must have been after midnight, and I was puzzled by his amiable acquiescence. He was shrewder than I, however: the moment I sat down I began to feel sleepy. "Whatcha readin'?" I asked. Atticus turned the book over. "Something of Jem's. Called The Gray Ghost." I was suddenly awake. "Why'd you get that one?" "Honey, I don't know. Just picked it up. One of the few things I haven't read," he said pointedly. "Read it out loud, please, Atticus. It's real scary." "No," he said. "You've had enough scaring for a while. This is too-" "Atticus, I wasn't scared." He raised his eyebrows, and I protested: "Leastways not till I started telling Mr. Tate about it. Jem wasn't scared. Asked him and he said he wasn't. Besides, nothin's real scary except in books." Atticus opened his mouth to say something, but shut it again. He took his thumb from the middle of the book and turned back to the first page. I moved over and leaned my head against his knee. "H'rm," he said. "The Gray Ghost, by Seckatary Hawkins. Chapter One..." I willed myself to stay awake, but the rain was so soft and the room was so warm and his voice was so deep and his knee was so snug that I slept. Seconds later, it seemed, his shoe was gently nudging my ribs. He lifted me to my feet and walked me to my room. "Heard every word you said," I muttered. "...wasn't sleep at all, 's about a ship an' Three-Fingered Fred 'n' Stoner's Boy...." He unhooked my overalls, leaned me against him, and pulled them off. He held me up with one hand and reached for my pajamas with the other. "Yeah, an' they all thought it was Stoner's Boy messin' up their clubhouse an' throwin' ink all over it an'..." He guided me to the bed and sat me down. He lifted my legs and put me under the cover. "An' they chased him 'n' never could catch him 'cause they didn't know what he looked like, an' Atticus, when they finally saw him, why he hadn't done any of those things... Atticus, he was real nice...." His hands were under my chin, pulling up the cover, tucking it around me. "Most people are, Scout, when you finally see them." He turned out the light and went into Jem's room. He would be there all night, and he would be there when Jem waked up in the morning. Hi~I just read the decline notice of my draft Timi Studio Group, and I fully understand the reason.
To be honest this is the first time I try to write an article on Wikipedia, so I think it would be better if I look for professional help.
The thing is, the Chinese version of "Timi Studio Group" already exists in Wikipedia's Chinese page, which to some point prove the notability of this organization. https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%A4%A9%E7%BE%8E%E5%B7%A5%E4%BD%9C%E5%AE%A4%E7%BE%A4
My original purpose is to translate it to an English version. But I can only find several low quality references in English. So my question is, instead of creating a brand new article, is there any other way to quickly translate an article from one language to another?

Dear Anarchyte, you advised that the Article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Germany's_teacher_of_the_year_award_%28Deutscher_Lehrerpreis%29 was overly referenced. I removed all the references (13) that aren't necessary and for example only included 1 reference for one claim such as the Süddeutsche Zeitung. Please review again! Is it OK like this? Hello Anarchyte You said my page on Peter Mitchell (photographer) was not accepted because he was not notable enough. I made some changes but it was rejected again by another editor. I have added MORE references. Could you take a look? I am really unsure why it's being rejected for notability because this photographer has been in the Tate..He's pretty important on the colour documentary scene. I have added as many references as I can but there is a dearth of information about him because, as everyone in the documentary scene knows, he has been underrepresented. Martin Parr - (certainly one of the most famous photographers in the UK) - attributed Peter Mitchell's exhibition in 1979 as groundbreaking. This is significant. Can you please take another look and tell me why this is not notable? Jessafair (talk) 12:56, 14 March 2016 (UTC)
- Hi Jessafair - What can I tell you that Onel5969 hasn't already said in his reply to you on his talk page? Having a lot of sources does not mean they're all reliable and as Onel5969 has said, some of your references are blogs and other unreliable sources. Anarchyte (work | talk) 11:10, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
Thanks - I have already responded to the other user One|5969. Maybe you would like to check the additions I have made...I'm sorry if I've over-talked to the contributors. I was unsure how to use the Talk page or just re-submit. I have since added references including BBC and other info about permanent collections, news etc. Please let me know if this is suitable. Hi, I'm new and I'm having a little trouble understanding the problem with this article. Which of the two sources is not reliable? The book is written by a respected scholar of the period and the letters are from the National Archives. Could you clarify the problem?
Thank you

2016 GA Cup-Round 2
Greetings, GA Cup competitors! Wednesday saw the end of Round 1. Sainsf took out Round 1 with an amazing score of 765. In second place, MPJ-DK earned an astounding 742 points, and in third place, FunkMonk received 610 points. In Round 1, 206 reviews were completed, more than any other year! At the beginning of March, there were 595 outstanding nominations in the GAN queue; by the end of Round 1, there were 490. We continue to make a difference at GAN and throughout Wikipedia, something we should all be proud of. Thanks to all our competitors for helping to make the GA Cup a continued success, and for your part in helping other editors improve articles. We hope to see all remaining users fighting it out in Round 2 so we can lower the backlog as much as possible. To qualify for the second round, you needed to make it into the top 16 of participants. Users were placed in 4 random pools of 4. To qualify for Round 3, the top 2 in each pool will progress, and there will also be one wildcard. This means that the participant who comes in 9th place (all pools combined) will also move on. Round 2 will start on April 1 at 0:00:01 UTC and end on April 28 at 23:59:59 UTC. Information about Round 2 and the pools can be found here Also, remember that a major rule change will go into effect starting on April 1, which marks the beginning of Round Two. Round 1 had an issue brought up in the rules, which we are correcting with this clarification. We believe that this change will make the competition more inherently fair. The new rule is: All reviews must give the nominator (or anyone else willing to improve the article) time to address the issues at hand, even if the article would qualify for what is usually called a "quick fail" in GA terms. To avoid further confusion, we have updated the scoring page, replacing the term "quick fail" with the term "fail without granting time for improvements". We expect all reviewers to put a review on hold for seven days in cases such as these as well, in order to apply the same standards to every competitor. The judges will strictly enforce this new rule. Good luck and have fun! Cheers from Figureskatingfan, 3family6, Jaguar, MrWooHoo, and Zwerg Nase. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant still competing, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.

It currently reads like an advertisement and your references aren't all-that reliable. I recommend reading the links in this message, editing the page accordingly and resubmitting. The Mauser 1895 is made 3 years before the Karabiner 98k (Different service history + Design + variants + countries of use) also there is brief reference to the Mauser Model 1895 under Swedish M1894 rifle heading, which fails to mention the Mauser Model 1895 involvement in the Argentina/Chile arms race, the need for the weapon after the jameson raid, reasons why the weapon contract between GWM and the South African Government wasnt fulfilled, No extensive description on the design, all the countries of use and mention of variants. The snippet mentioned in "Swedish M1894 rifle" does not fully cover the history, design or variants of the Mauser Model 1895 and while the Mauser page does mention the Mauser Model 1895, it also does mention the Mauser Model 1871, Mauser Model 1889 etc that are briefly mentioned in the Mauser page but still have their own Main Article page (with the same amount or much less information).Heemrad (talk) 08:28, 30 March 2016 (UTC)

23:51:31, 28 March 2016 review of submission by ONAOVA
Hello. Thank you for reviewing the draft for the Teen Rehab (Website) Wikipedia page.
To address your feedback of providing reliable sources to support the subject's notability, I have provided links to articles on various publications (Psychology Today, Partnership for Drug-Free Kids, New York Post, CNN.com) that refer to Teen Rehab and Newport Academy.
If this Wikipedia page needs additional references, please advise as to what type of articles would meet the criteria for page submission.
Thanks again! ONAOVA (talk) 23:52, 28 March 2016 (UTC)
- @ONAOVA: Hi, I've declined the submission again on the fact that the majority of the references are primary (which means they come directly from the subject). You need to get some secondary, reliable sources to back up your claims. Anarchyte (work | talk) 06:20, 30 March 2016 (UTC)
Thank you for the clarification on the nature of references required for approval. To explain the changes that have been made: I have removed information from the Content section, as there were not enough secondary sources that speak to this section. I've added additional references to articles from WTNH, CBS New York, and Psychology Today that contribute to the validity of Newport Academy as an organization and provides further information on its founder. Draft AFC enrollment
Hi there. I see you recently enrolled a page into AFC Draft mode. Please be aware that the way you did it, did not include the page creator or the time that the page was enrolled into AFC. The optimal way to do this is by {{subst:AFC draft|USERNAME}} where USERNAME is the creator of the page. This way the page gets stamped with the date the draft was enrolled into AFC and the author for the purposes of G13 cleanup. Furthermore not all pages in the Draft namespace are AFC submissions, and not all AFC submissions are in the Draft namespace. Some editors may not want to use the AFC process (as it has the 6 months unedited deletion behind it). Thanks Hasteur (talk) 13:44, 30 March 2016 (UTC)
- Sorry Hasteur, I normally just throw on
{{AFC submission|T}}
because it adds the tag, I didn't know about the timestamp and username additions. I added the tag to that draft because it was made by a new user and instead of it being CSD'ed the second it was published it could be reviewed. Anarchyte (work | talk) 10:45, 31 March 2016 (UTC)

Hello,
Thanks for your quick response & suggestions. We will submit the updated content soon.
Thanks & Regards. SutiSoft Team.
The info seems unnecessary in its own right, as the transfers are old, but it's also inconsistent in application (Why make note of those teams an not Astralis/TSM?) and in formatting. Additionally, the "(former Titan team)" one is questionable since the team qualified as G2 Esports. ItsIzumi (talk) 03:35, 1 April 2016 (UTC)
Draft:TopSpeed.com
Hi Anarchyte!
We've previously talked about Draft:TopSpeed.com, when you postponed its automated deletion. I have since incorporated your changes and further improved it, such as expanding the section about the site's content (and also adding further references here), structuring it better so it includes a lead, removing primary references and replacing them with third party reputable sources (such as the recent Miami Herald article).
I've resubmitted it afterwards and it still got declined due to a lack of sources talking about the subject itself (as opposed to the subject's content). While I know the recently added Miami Herald source doesn't go into much detail, it seems quite impossible to find other sources talking in-depth about an online publisher, except for cases where the publisher gets acquired by some company or media group (such as with other sites in Category:Automotive websites, eg. Pistonheads, Autoblog). Since publisher websites' popularity/reputability comes from their content, it's odd that references to that content would not be taken into consideration when establishing notability.
I feel like the article is or is very close to matching Wikipedia's standards, so I wanted to ask if there's any advice or help that you could provide. Much appreciated! WikiAlexandra (talk) 23:53, 3 April 2016 (UTC)
Re feedback & decline of article "Artemis and Apollo"
Dear Anarchyte,
I have received your feedback on my submitted article, "Artemis and Apollo", and I wish to dispute your feedback and rejection of the article. I am not entirely sure that this page is the correct place to raise a discussion about feedback on a submitted article but I think it is; if not, then I apologise and would like to know the correct place.
---
In short, my objection is this: The article is about a media phenomenon known as an 'Internet celebrity cat' and in particular one pair of cats called "Artemis" and "Apollo". By definition, the phenomenon of an 'Internet celebrity cat' is something that happens primarily in the medium of the Internet. This particular pair of cats publish their materials on Instagram. Hence the article is primarily about something has happened, and is continuing to happen on Instagram. Therefore Instagram is the most authoritative source of information about the subject of this article. Therefore I must dispute your comment that Instagram is not an authoritative source.
Or, in a nutshell: my article is about stuff happening on Instagram; therefore Instagram is the most authoritative source of information.
---
If the above is not sufficient to rebut your comment, then let me run through the list of 45 references in this article.
(a) The article is primarily about a phenomenon on Instagram, but the content on the Instagram account relates to three real-world individuals (one human, two feline), and I therefore cite two government-issued documents that establish the actual names of the individuals, their relationship, and the breed and DoB of the cats. I think this is a valid reference. I can upload scans of the documents if really necessary. (References 1 & 2.)
(b) Prior to discussing the content of the Instagram material, I establish the existence of the Instagram account by means of an HTML link to it. I do not see how this can fail to be a valid reference. (Reference 3.)
(c) I have supplemented the article with a small amount of real-world information about the physical and behavioural characteristics of the cats, because this provides one of the sources of inspiration for the Instagram content. I believe this is appropriate for a critical appreciation of the Instagram content as a creative work. The source of this information is my conversation with Reka Komoli, who is identified as the legal owner of the cats, and sole author of the Instagram content. I think this is a valid reference. (Reference 4.)
(d) Next, I establish my claim that Artemis and Apollo are 'Internet celebrity cats' - albeit minor celebrities at the moment, but with a rate of growth that, if projected by a conservative linear extrapolation, will reach a quarter of a million followers in two years. To do this I cite the most popular image, which is on Instagram. Again, a reference to Instagram is the only authoritative source for the existence of an image on Instagram. (Reference 5.)
(e) And, to show the level of attention given on the Internet to this particular image, I cite the four Internet locations where the image has had most attention. Of necessity, these are Internet references, and three of them happen to be Instagram pages. These are valid and necessary references. (Reference 6.)
(f) For historical context (to support the critical appreciation of the Instagram material), I refer to a bet between Ms Komoli and another cat owner on Instagram. I have no documentary evidence for the bet, as it took place in private messaging between the two cat owners, but I can at least confirm the existence of other cat account by referencing it. (I have also met the other owner and her cat in person, but I did not mention this as it does not establish anything new.) Again, I am referencing Instagram in order to prove the existence of a particular Instagram account. (Reference 7.)
(g) To begin to explain the popular appeal of the Instagram account, I state that the photographic content arises from a range of geographic locations, and to establish this I reference Instagram posts from five geographically distant locations. Again, I am establishing the existence of certain Instagram content, which I can do only by citing Instagram content. (Note, four of the five Instagram pages cited include the relevant geolocation as determined by Instagram. Obviously this is not conclusive that the pictures were taken and uploaded in those locations, but it is certainly corroborative. I don't know why the last one has no location tag, but it was taken in a remote rural location in Hungary and uploaded via 4G, so maybe Instagram couldn't figure out the location.) Therefore I assert that these are valid Instagram references. (References 8 to 12.)
(h) I state that the majority of the material comprises stills and 15-second videos, which is readily establish by perusing the Instagram material and does not require a reference. I also state the owner has recently started uploading longer videos of the cats to YouTube and to establish this I refer to a YouTube video of 1m 15s. The only way to establish the existence of a video on YouTube is to make a reference to the video on YouTube. (Reference 13.)
(i) Most of the article describes the actual content of the Instagram material, and I can establish this only referencing the Instagram posts where the relevant content can be seen. How else can I show what is in this Instagram material, other than by referring directly to it? Each of my assertions about the content is backed up by my referring to a specific example of it on the Instagram account. These are therefore valid references. (References 14 to 19 and 26 to 45.)
(j) I assert that the celebrity cats Artemis and Apollo are now using Internet media other than Instagram: to establish this, I refer to the relevant accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and YouTube. This is the only authoritative way to establish that point. (References 20 to 23.)
(k) I assert that the cats have marketed real-world merchandise: to establish this, I reference the web site of the manufacturer, where the products can be seen. (Reference 24.)
(l) To explain an unusual feature of the merchandise, I cite the published text on which it is based, hence I refer to a popular book by J.K. Rowling. (Reference 25.)
I believe I have based all of the statements made in my article on proper evidence, and in particular every statement about the cats' Internet presence is backed up by verifiable references.
If you wish to stand by your feedback comment, please would you state which of the 45 references you think is invalid, and state how - in principle - it might be possible to establish the statements made in the body of the article, other than by referencing material on Instagram.
I look forward to your early reply.

- @Peter B Lloyd: Hi, in response to your message and continuation of the "Instagram is an unreliable source" message, I have a very short and simple thing to say. Instagram, in its entirety, is a primary source, which when it comes to referencing on Wikipedia, aren't always the greatest means of doing so. What Wikipedia believes a reliable, third-party source is the following: Something published by a reputable site, company, magazine, etc which talks about the topic at-hand in full detail, an in-depth analysis of the subject, if you will. Instagram is not one of those because anyone can post anything (abiding the Instagram T&C's, of course) about everything. Although, with that being said Instagram would be good for finding out how many likes the post has or when it was posted. Anarchyte (work | talk) 09:46, 15 April 2016 (UTC)

Dear Anarchyte,
I am requesting a re-review on my article submission; "Bakrie & Brothers" that was declined due to "Bakrie Group" having existed already. The reply that I received was "Thank you for your submission, but the subject of this article already exists in Wikipedia. You can find it and improve it at Bakrie Group instead".
I understand that both companies have similar names, However I would like to correct this, Bakrie Group (Or locally known as Kelompok Usaha Bakrie) and Bakrie & Brothers are not the same company. Bakrie Group is a holding for various businesses in various industries (plantation, oil & gas, property development, telecommunications, etc.), while Bakrie & Brothers is just one of the subsidiary of Bakrie Group, concentrating on the manufacturing industry. Both company have different management and business model, and I would like to share this information to those interested in reading about Bakrie & Brothers.
To further clarify this, i have added on to "Bakrie & Brothers" article mentioning that it is just a subsidiary of Bakrie group. "Bakrie & Brothers is a subsidiary of Bakrie Group focusing manufacturing & infrastructure company headquartered in Indonesia[1][2]", citing Bakrie Group's website explaining it's subsidiaries (However, the content within the site is in Indonesian). On the article itself, I have citations from the company's annual report as well.
I do hope after this explanation my article submission on "Bakrie & Brothers" could be re-reviewed, and to be informed if there are further requirements, corrections, or clarification that needs to be done in order for the article to be published.
Thank you very much for your support Anarchyte,
Best Regards,

Hi, just a heads-up that I've deprodded 8BitBoy, which you prodded, because per WP:PRODNOM an article which has previously been proposed for deletion can't be again (it was prodded the same day it was created in 2014 and I deprodded it a week later). So assuming you still think it ought to be deleted, it'll have to be via AfD. (Purely procedural on my part, at least at this stage – I thought two years ago that it was probably notable, but it's entirely possible that I was mistaken, or that the guidelines have changed, or both). – Arms & Hearts (talk) 18:54, 12 May 2016 (UTC)
