This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied, restored as a draft or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

    Okay, I contacted that user on their talk page, and they have not replied in 4 days now. There is no promotional content on that page, and there is absolutely no legitimate reason it was deleted.     Have not seen deleted page but it is linked from quite a number of articles and the term is not defined anywhere else in the mainspace.     Neoteric evolutionary theory

    Deletion of this topic appears summary and unfounded. Was the decommissioning editor motivated by religious belief? Evolutionary theory is an on-going topic. Additonal data is now available that strenthens the general hyposthesis and especially the Recall Paradigm. The author's intention is to amplify the reasoning with further supporting evidence; e.g. Sonia Harmand's discovery of worked stone dating to 3.6 million years ago, the dating based on reversal of the Earth's Magnetic Field imprinted in stone samples also showing evidence of human manufacture. Thus, consciousness is evident in the mind of the manufacturer. Please edit the page to address any issues raised, and re-submit it; "Articles for creation" is not for the indefinite hosting of material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia.

    The article was deleted for not being updated. However it's the most important programming competition in Hong Kong and one of the feeder competitions of International Olympiad in Informatics.
