Arun Jaitley, a BJP heavyweight, losing to ex-chief minister of Punjab Capt. Amarinder Singh of the INC in the Amritsar Lok Sabha Constituency. In another astonishing turnout all the 4 lok sabha seats that the Aam Aadmi Party has bagged are from Punjab. Out of the 13 seats in Punjab, 6 were won by NDA, 4 by AAP and 3 by INC.
