Bill Posley is a stand-up comedian from Venice, Los Angeles who appeared on Survivor: One World in 2012. [1] Later that year, he hosted the Survivor Live After Show during the airing of Survivor: Philippines; however, was fired and replaced by Parvati Shallow due to his lack of chemistry with the guests and understanding of the game. [2] After appearing on Survivor, Posley claimed that he was repeatedly contacted for business, telling The New Zealand Herald that “I’m not the biggest comic in the world or anything, but people are willing to give me chances where they weren’t willing to give them to me before,” [3]
Survivor: One World [edit]
Posley competed on the One World season of Survivor until being voted out in the fourth episode, when his tribe agreed to attend tribal council despite winning the immunity challenge. During his time on the island, Posley had a rivalry with fellow Manono tribemate Colton Cumbie, who became gradually more annoyed with Posley's peppy attitude. After a heated argument between Posley and Cumbie, Cumbie had enough and decided to give up their recently-won tribal immunity to take Posley out. [4]
