It is also the location of the notorious Chalkhill estate.

Re-development[edit]

Wembley City is the name of a re-development project taking place in Wembley Park since 2008. Many new apartments were built, called Quadrant Court. A new civic centre is currently under construction. A new college has been built called Ark Academy. A new cinema will also be built, but work has not started yet.

Sunday Market[edit]

A large major market is held on most Sundays in the car park in front of Wembley Stadium.
