    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

I wrote on 1292simon's talk page when it happened to try to get clarifications but didn't get an answer in 3 days so I asked around and learned that this sometimes happens and I have to request undeletion.     • @HeinzMaster: To be honest, your draft at Draft:Mateusz Gamrot has essentially the same information. There are no sources in the deleted article either, so the draft is in far better shape than the deleted version as a whole. The only difference is that the deleted version has a simple list of championships and accomplishments, which is likely going to be relatively easy to locate. My recommendation here would be to continue to work on the draft and submit it via the Articles for Creation process.     Could an admin please review pages recently deleted after being PRODed by User:Another Believer? In particular, I believe the ones nominated because they were "unsourced" should be reviewed, because being unsourced, even for a long time, is not in itself a valid reason for speedy deletion.
