Janakpatti is a village in Varanasi district, Uttar Pradesh, India.[1] The village has population of about 450 and is located close to the Varanasi–Jaunpur border.

Notable people from the village include Indian independence activists Dr. Adya Prasad Singh and Umasankar Singh.[citation needed] The village has a primary school.
