Kadınhanı is a municipality and district of Konya Province, Turkey.[2] Its area is 1,568 km2,[3] and its population is 31,206 (2022).[1] Its elevation is 1,126 m (3,694 ft).[4] The current name of the town ("han of the woman") refers to a certain female commissioner of a caravanserai in the town, whereas the town was known historically by its Greek name of Pithoi.[5][6]
