    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions or rejected Articles for creation drafts), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied, restored as a draft or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

    This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page. Please do not request that articles deleted under speedy deletion criteria A7, G4, G5, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    @DBigXray: I restored the history of the user page. You can look in the history for the stuff you want. It isn't easy to restore revisions to another page name, they get restored to their original page, and then I'd have to figure out how to perform a partial move. Not worth the trouble.     • @Abyssal: I restored all these prehistoric life submissions for you in April the last time you asked. None of them had any edits made to them since and none has any content beyond a skeleton lead and section headers which relate to Alabama rather than the place the draft is for.       @Abyssal: It is abundantly clear that you have not been working on them. There is no evidence of you doing so. There has been zero effort put into them, they all start out "This list of the prehistoric life of Alabama..." and include an outline of empty sections.     Declined pending further information. This was undeleted over six months ago with a pledge that it would be worked on, but no edits were made to improve the entry for resubmission. Articles for creation is not an indefinite hosting service for material found to be unsuitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia's article mainspace. We may be willing to restore it again, but only if you provide a definite assurance that you actually intend to work on it and provide a short description of what you intend to do to improve it to meet our policies and guidelines.     We believe the article was removed due to the alleged violation of the self-promotion and publicity guideline. As creators of this page, we would like the opportunity to fix the article so that it meets the standard criteria at Wikipedia. However, there have been numerous articles from reputable and credible news sources, such as Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Innovates, Fort Worth Star Telegram, etc. that have been written about CodeLaunch without violating any of the barometers discussed in the Self-Promotion and Publicity guideline, such as "people independent of the topic itself (or of its manufacturer, creator, author, inventor, or vendor) have actually considered the topic notable enough that they have written and published non-trivial works of their own that focus upon it—without incentive, promotion, or other influence by people connected to the topic matter".

    I should note the deleting admin deleted it as a PROD, the rationale of which does call it "borderline G11" and refers to the sources as self-published, publicity, routine business news, or name-drops/quotables.     Philippines 2–0 Vietnam (2010 AFF Suzuki Cup)

    Originally deleted due to an expired PROD: due to being an unnotable football group stage game. The football match is indeed notable and has often been referred to as the "Miracle in Hanoi" from a Philippine POV. It is an important match in the history of Philippine football which a "renaissance" of the sport in the country in the 2010s. The football match has received non-WP:ROUTINE coverage from reliable national/regional media sources which satisfies WP:DEPTH since then.     Well, the most recently deleted version is substantially different and expanded from the version that was deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/American Sleep Association. However, the points raised in that discussion about lack of independent significant coverage by independent sources still isn't addressed.
    I'd be willing to restore this to draft space for improvement provided it is submitted for review via the WP:AFC process. But it is not a main-space-ready article. ~Anachronist (talk) 22:50, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

    • @Aloneinthewild: the deleted version isn't the one which is currently on the university website and it was removed for being old. The fair use guidelines don't allow historical logos to be used in articles. I suggest you upload a newer logo. Hut 8.5 20:58, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
