This page is NOT for challenging the outcome of deletion discussions or to address the pending deletion of any page.

Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). Be clear as to which namespace is intended, when requesting a refund of a deleted article.

This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

Do not request that pages or media deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

@C.Fred and Jay: Carolinesiagian has made 7 edits on Indonesian Wikipedia, all of which have been deleted, and an article "Gema Merdeka Goeyardi" has been repeatedly deleted there, and is now fully protected against creation, so no doubt that's it. Carolinesiagian, if that's correct then you will have to ask about it on Indonesian Wikipedia. Administrators on English Wikipedia can't undelete pages on other Wikipedias. I know this sounds self-serving and weird, making myself sound "notable", but I've now had multiple fans reach out to me about my wikipedia page being deleted. I'm the creator of Infinity Train, a show on Cartoon Network and HBOMax that already has a long wiki article. I also worked as a writer and board artist on Regular Show and Close Enough. I've done many interviews about my show, about those shows, and about animation as a whole. I'm an active writer of movies and television working in Hollywood right now and when I say something stupid on twitter it gets spread around the animation community. I'm not notable in live action, but I'm definitely a known person in animation, as much as any other animated show creator or animator such as Matt Braly, Dana Terrace, Alex Hirsch, or Felix Colgrave. Again, I don't like writing this, it makes me feel icky and like I'm puffing myself up. It just seems kinda weird that this page would be taken down, so I'm just reaching out to say.. uh... I guess let's bring it back? I mean if it's not worth it, then it's not worth it, no sweat off my back. @Oweeeeendennis: The issue here is that it was deleted as a WP:STICKYPROD - in other words, unless some sources were added to bring the article into compliance with our biographical standards, it would almost certainly end up deleted again, this time via a much-harder-to-overturn deletion debate. We would need to see some in-depth, non-routine, independent sources written by identifiable authors and published in outlets that have competent editorial oversight that fact-checks, retracts, discloses, and corrects - and a lot of them, depending on the length of the article, since every single claim that could be contested requires a source of that calibre - in order for us to even consider having an article on you or any other still-living or recently-departed person. I would also strongly advise you to contact the Volunteer Responce Team (the info-en email address) at your earliest convenience to confirm your identity if you haven't already. —Jéské Couriano v^_^v ^{a little blue Bori} 06:22, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Owen Dennis passes notability as the creator of Infinity Train, but this may not translate into a standalone article. All references of Dennis at Infinity Train are also primary (Reddit and Twitter). Given the autobiographical conflict here (Oweeeeendennis has previously edited Owen Dennis but only to make factual corrections and minor edits), I do not think he is in a position to get the article to a state as suggested by Jéské Couriano.     - Do not do that. Finding where someone independent of you with a good reputation for fact checking and accuracy has written and published a biography, partial or full, of your life and works and pointing to it is the best thing that you can do. (Being known to some people is not the same as having your life and works properly documented.) Roping in someone to edit on your behalf is the worst thing that you can do. @Muboshgu: I would prefer restoration to moving the draft (considering the content it has presently) so as to avoid a possible WP:G4. But if restored, it may well land up at AfD again. @Jack thomp: the article was nominated for deletion as not passing WP:NRU or WP:GNG. Rugby Europe Super Cup is not considered notable. @Jay @Muboshgu Hello, I can demonstrate as much as I can. He was selected in Georgia U17,U18,U20,Georgia XV couple of times, then he had selected in Georgian National team and then he got injury. now he has playing in First Georgian franchise "Black Lion". if you know how popular is Rugby in Georgia, you will know how big thing is this kind of career. I am just random fan of Rugby and I think that he deservers to has wikipedia at least. you can google it when and how he had been playing, but a big part of informations are in Georgia but you can translate it... @Jack thomp: I don't know if you had a look at WP:NRU. From a cursory look, I didn't see the junior teams or the XV team being considered. If he was selected for the main national team, but did not get to play a match, it will not be counted. As I mentioned before, the tournaments Black Lion participates in, are not counted. @Prevho: Merely existing does not warrant a Wikipedia article. There are pretty much a googol of other websites that exist and don't have Wikipedia pages. You need to demonstrate that PropertyPro.ng is notable as we define it, which means citing multiple in-depth, non-routine, independent sources written by identifiable authors and published in outlets with editorial oversight that fact-checks, discloses, retracts, and corrects. Thank you Muboshgu. In late December I saw on the news that this robotics company plans to go public, which brought me to Wikipedia. I dug a little deeper and found sufficient coverage over the past decade to warrant an entry, and given that a draft used to exist, I figured it may be worth seeing what other editors had in place before starting from scratch. It was up for 5 hours and deleted over 11 years ago. The entire content was "Ken Barker was a mutant in the 1985 doctor who episodethe revelation of the daleks". You can recreate this as a Draft:Ken Barker (actor) and add a reference at least. May as well make the statements in it true and provable as well. Soft deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Snyk. First of all that it was nominated for deletion after an extensive and rigorous AFC process. The article was already nominated for speedy deletion and got through that. Now re what's happened here. It gets deleted on the back of a single vote - weak delete. Why wasn't it relisted? Why wasn't the decision no consensus? Why wasn't I notified that the page was up for deletion? There is something strange about what's happened here like there's a rush to get it deleted. If there's an issue with the page, put a tag on it, add more information on it, but to delete it in such a haphazard manner is peculiar. —MaskedSinger (talk) 17:55, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you are looking at restoring this article, your supporting arguments can be for the subject and sources covering the subject. If your concern is more with the deletion process, you can take it up at WP:Deletion review. From what I see, Timtrent moved the page from draft to mainspace knowing that it may not be ready, but wanted to take a chance at acceptance. On the deletion by Explicit, the number of votes does not matter. Relisting is optional. An article can be deleted after 7 days if the closer finds consensus from the discussion. The process is the same for all nominations, not just this. Notifying users of deletion discussions is also optional, a courtesy, though I feel it is ideal for the closer to cross-check for notifications before a soft delete. @Jay Thank you for the ping. I recall the article's name but nothing else. I will accept an AFC craft if I believe that it has a better than 50% chance of surviving an immediate deletion process. Those are the AFC Reviewer guidelines. The rationale is that, while a single reviewer may make a single editor's decision, the community is always a better judge of borderline articles than one individual.

@MaskedSinger The closing administrators role is to weigh the policy based arguments at AfD, but never to add a 'supervise' of their own. This AfD had a low, but not unusually low, number of participants. I Imagine that was the rationale for a Soft Delete. You are welcome to argue that the close was imperfect at Deletion Review. I make no comment on that here, nor will I there. I also make a practice of being entirely neutral in a deletion discussion of any of my acceptances.

Soft deletion does not prohibit re-creation, though I feel it would be wiser to create as a Draft and submit it for review than to create an article directly. Soft Deletion is a technical thing which allows re-creation. It might be better to write the putative new article from scratch. This essay is one of many on article creation and will help you. @MaskedSinger Withdrawn nominations have rules, though WP:IAR can apply. A simple expression of the rule is that "If all the !votes" are to keep and the nom withdraws, it may be closed as "keep". If there is a single !vote to delete it must stay open.

My advice to you is to make the minimum possible contribution that it be kept. You are entitled to do this. Indeed, I have reinterpreted your comment at the relisted discussion as a !vote to keep it.

This who make the greatest quantity of argument at AfD have tended to lose. This is a weird historical thing. Those who make the briefest arguments, policy based, and relevant, tend to be on the side of the winners. So please keep it brief, policy based, and punchy. You may have said sufficient, but only you can judge that.

One of our agent was assigned to make our details on Wikipedia. He told that he knows how to edit. We trust him because he had make our details on IMDb. Article was deleted through PROD for "Failed Canadian law. Doesn't appear to meet WP:GNG.". I'm not sure what was meant by "failed law", it's an Act of the Canadian Parliament that has been in force for decades. It's mentioned on the following pages: 2012 Canadian federal electoral redistribution, 2022 Canadian federal electoral redistribution, the Fair Representation Act (Canada) and the Preserving Provincial Representation in the House of Commons Act.
