I, Greg Tingle, request that my page not be deleated. I have been working in the Australian media, journalism and entertainment industry for over 10 years. I am a well known and respected journalist and media agent. I included many resources in the Wikipedia profile. Also note that some of my articles that appeared in the press (newspapers) over the years are not live on the newspaper websites anymore, as they update the pages. Thank you.

This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process.

This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions on the template or on your talk page.

Rowan steam railmotor

This article was very well researched. It contained a lot of very detailed historical information from reliable sources. It was not controversial. It was considered by Ironholds to be a "great" article. I have much more information I wished to add to the article. Please assume good faith. I have edited for many years but didn't see the need to create an account. In this case I created an account because I wished to move the page which has now been deleted and create a disambiguation, then add more information. From what I can see, the nomination for deletion appears to be blanket by an IP. Smacks of bad faith. Rowan steam railmotor is notable, well sourced, uncontroversial and not disruptive. Beach Fossils

Article subject discussed in detail in such sources as the New York Times: http://query.nytimes.com/search/sitesearch/#/%22Beach+Fossils%22/, Pitchfork, NME, and countless other notable sources. They have toured with such groups as Blonde Redhead, Warpaint (band), Real Estate (band), Wavves and many more. They are well known and respected members of the independent music community and deserve an article. I'm passing on this. All the criteria--"kid in on all the major newspapers", gave a talk at TED, petition by an anon--is borderline, & fails convince me one way or the other. IIRC, an established editor can create a new article here if the content does not duplicate the one deleted, & that person is convinced the subject is notable. Not done - this article has not been restored because it does not appear to meet our guidelines for inclusion of articles about people. In general, Wikipedia considers a topic to be notable if there exist multiple reliable sources of information on the topic, external to the subject itself. Articles concerning people will be deleted on sight if they are considered to be unambiguous advertising or promotion, or if they do not contain a credible assertion of the significance of the subject. Holcombe Hockey Club

Request the article be undeleted as there are a number of reasons as to why it is notable. The club is one of the largest, in terms of teams, in the UK.[1] Both the men's and women's 1st XI play in the England Hockey League and so are playing at the top level in the country, with the men's 1st XI narrowly missing out on promotion to the Premier League this season just gone. The club is also home to a few players who are notable on the international hockey scene, particularly Barry Middleton, who has appeared on TV at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.[2] Is it not quite notable to have such a player as a member of the club? It demonstrates the intent to compete in the Premier League. It also seems strange that a club such as Woking Hockey Club or Romford Hockey Club exists on Wikipedia and yet Holcombe Hockey Club gets deleted when clearly demonstrating more in terms of notability in the hockey scene. -Mok9 (talk) 11:33, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

lassiter holmes

Resorces were deleted and Author was given 10 days. Supplemental sources were provided and deleted without any verification then summarily deleted by japaingirl. She is now attacking the Film page "the Cloth" even though it meets the criteria. The_Nighthawk

The administrator who deleted my article has a "secret" account so I cannot locate him/her. (UPDATE: The admin has quit wikipedia)

Therefore, this is my only recourse.

I am wondering why my page on The Nighthawk was deleted. There are several independent sources about my career. If you accepted print media, I can also direct you to several articles and citations in Pro Wrestling Illustrated and other magazines, as well as encyclopedic websites such as Puroresu and Online World of Wrestling. You may also want to check with the Cauliflower Alley Club. I am also mentioned in other wrestling pages on wikipedia.

I do wish whoever made this decision had the basic courtesy to actually contact me.

This is a matter of no small importance as I am in the middle of a large (multi-million dollar) lawsuit and the opposing attorney has sent us a demand that we not modify or remove this page as it is going to be evidence at trial! If I am accused of deleting it, I could wrongly be implicated as trying to hide evidence. Therefore, your precipitous action creates a financially actionable situation.

Who do I contact? I'll need this for myself, my attorney, and the opposing counsel. If it isn't resolved, I'll need this information for the judge so as to avoid contempt of court ... His songs were a combination of danceable beats, mixed with more risque bilingual lyrics than those of most Latin MC'S of his time. He had 4 singles reach the Billboard Dance/ Maxi Single sales charts with Shake Shake, No Senor, Latin Swing and Mamacita.[1][reply]

Jonny Z. grew up in San Diego Ca. He began performing in the early '90s and scored his first hit in 1993 with "Shake-Shake," which was released by Quality Records and reached the Top 40 of Billboard's dance chart. The song was not easily accepted at radio due to his use of the word "CULO". The song was such underground hit that it garnered radio and club play around the world It is considered to be one of the top 50 greatest Miami Bass songs of all time. Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).[[2]] Jonny Z repeated this success with his 1996 self-titled debut album, "JONNY Z" which included three other Billboard dance chart hits, "No Señor," "Mamacita," and "Latin Swing." Two years later, his follow-up, Z 1 N Only, appeared; he then switched to the One Lil Vato imprint for his third album, 1999's Sancho Villa. On this album he was the first artist to combine regional Mexican music with rap, with the release of the single "THE CHONA" The following year, Jonny Z. moved to Thump Records and released his fourth full-length, Bass Balla, which featured contributions from Tequila Mission, the South Park Mexican, and ODM from a Lighter Shade of Brown. The album featured the song Ku-Ku which sampled Sonora Dinomita's classic. Jonny Z continues to perform to this day.

Talk:Success Academy Charter Schools

Please userfy the talk page (the AfD-deleted article without the talk page has already been userfied to another editor, who has started a new talk page), because the AfD process indicated that questions may arise about my editing and behavior (I was the most frequent editor) and in responding to that people will need access to the talk page and its history. I can reconstruct most of the talk page from offline files at home but other people don't have access to those. I intend to apply the NOINDEX search engine restriction to it, I don't intend to edit or add new topics/sections to the talk page, and I intend to indicate that it is not the current talk page for discussing the article or the talk (there is one already). If the talk page is not renamed during userfication, I intend to rename it to append something like "(former talk)", for clarity. These steps may take me a few days, as I expect to be offline for the holiday weekend. No BLP issue or copyright violation was said to apply to either the article or the talk page; the article was probably deleted as an alternative to stubification because of various reasons including length and promotionality (we disagreed). I was still working on the article, the administrator without looking up the history of my everyday editing, gave up the notion to check and contact me whether if the 'citation' for the concerned sections were purposefully missing or was I still working on to modify them?  Not done. This could perhaps be userfied for you to work on, but please explain what you are trying to do here, because I do not see how this is going to be an acceptable article. If you are planning to copy into Wikipedia the ratings from some existing Christian billboard site, that is likely to be a copyright violation; on the other hand, if you plan to set up here a new billboard rating list of your own, I find it hard to see how that would not be WP:Original research. That rationale seems to run afoul of couple of sections of WP:NOT, specifically, Wikipedia is not a publisher of original thought and Wikipedia is not a blog, Web hosting service, social networking service, or memorial site. I want to re-emphasize that if your purpose "is to inform people about my opinion of the chart, what I think the rankings should be" then Wikipedia is not the place to do it. Wikipedia is not your webhost, and we will not allow you to use us as a place to blog about your opinions on the charts or anything else, anywhere on the project. For more or less the same arguments I successfully argued for keeping Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Fortuna (company). It's a relatively known company in Poland. At the very least this should've went to AfD.
