    Shortcuts

    Requests for undeletion is a process intended to assist users in two cases. The first case is restoring pages or files that were uncontroversially deleted via proposed deletion, under certain speedy deletion criteria (such as maintenance deletions (G6) or stale Articles for creation drafts (G13)), or in deletion debates with little or no participation other than the nominator. In the second use case, this page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be "userfied", i.e., restored as a draft or emailed to you; this way, the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here).

    This means that content deleted after discussion – through deletion processes – may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process but through deletion review instead. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided.

    Do not request that pages deleted under speedy deletion criteria F7, F9, F11, U5, A7, A9, A11, G3, G4, G10, G11 or G12 be undeleted here.

    @UtherSRG: I am not a sock puppet but rather a fan of Zaan Khan. My friend had put forth this article for deletion review and the outcome was that we were permitted to recreate this article and directed here to ask for a WP:REFUND which is why we needed a restoration of the draft. So please restore the draft because Zaan Khan now passes WP:NACTOR with his roles in Hamari Bahu Silk,Kyun Utthe Dil Chhod Aaye, Maitree, Vanshaj and Meri Saas Bhoot Hai - 117.193.157.26 (talk) 12:13, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

    Temporary reinstatement request

    I wasn't aware that there was a time limit on draft pages until I received a notification informing me that this page had been deleted.     List of games containing time travel

    Hi, a few months ago I worked on this list and added a few Zelda games, and having thought of it again late yesterday evening I just wasted several hours trying to find where it went, at a time I really should be asleep. I even wrote an essay asking for help in List of time travel works of fiction only to re-check that page's history less than a minute later to find that the games list been deleted on April 7th. I guess vandalizing a page really is the quickest way to get an answer. I'm embarrassed! I'd like this list userfied please, for my troubles.     Understand the issues with the previous draft of the page. However, Danny Cole is a notable figure in the New York arts scene, and a significant amount of activity and press coverage has occurred since the previous draft of the page was updated that I think belies any concerns of Cole’s notability.

      Honestly, I forgot about it. I think (can't see it, so running on memory) that notability was not established. When I saw it was deleted, I checked if notability had improved and I saw that it had: https://torontosun.com/opinion/columnists/goldstein-harry-jerome-award-winners-to-be-honoured-at-gala-ceremony
      Which makes me optimistic (but need to see it to verify) that the award is more notable.
      So, I'm asking for a refund to hopefully turn it into a full article, but of course if notability cannot be established, then it won't and I'll probably request deleting it.

    @Composter: The draft had been undeleted 3 times at your request, and after each undeletion (2018, 2019 and 2021), you made very minor and cosmetic edits to it. An article on this topic was deleted after a discussion (2011) as original research, and hence not suitable for Wikipedia. 3 different reviewers found the draft topic to be a neologism while declining the draft (2012, 2015, 2019).     I just want to add that was not the intention. It is a foundation that helps other and run by a professional with a doctorate in psychology
    I added the citations of the books the foundation administrator wrote about issues pertaining to what the foundation provides assistance for ...homelessness and other issues, but did not have other references at the moment. I thought that if it needed work, it would go to draft.

The group's activities, achievements, and impact on their respective industry or community can be thoroughly discussed and documented, ensuring that the article contributes to the overall knowledge base of Wikipedia. Additionally, by allowing the article to remain, editors and contributors can have the opportunity to improve and expand upon the content, further enhancing its quality and usefulness to readers.     @RihaanSayyid: Not done – this page was deleted as a blatant advertisement under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia is not to be used as a vehicle for promotion. This does not necessarily mean a suitable article on this topic cannot be created. If it is a notable topic, e.g., multiple reliable, secondary, published sources that are entirely independent of the subject have written about it in substantive detail (not just mere mentions), then a neutrally written article may be possible.
