Fläskpannkaka (Swedish for: pork pancake) is a Scandinavian oven-made pancake baked from eggs, milk, flour, salt and containing pieces of sliced pork. It is typically served with lingonberries. Varieties of the dish contain onion, apples, blueberries or garlic.
