Nagdaha is a census town under Barrackpore I (community development block) (Sub District) in Barrackpore subdivision (also spelled as Barrackpur) in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Demographics

As of 2011 India census, Nagdaha had a population of 8,192; of this, 4,167 are male, 4,025 female.[1] It has an average literacy rate of 76.7%, higher than the national average of 74.04%.

Healthcare

North 24 Parganas district has been identified as one of the areas where ground water is affected by arsenic contamination.[2]
