Panchita (or Chanda Bazar as it is commonly called) is a town in Bongaon sub-division in the North 24 Parganas district, state of West Bengal, India. It has a well used picnic spot along with a huge market, Beside this an Allahabad Bank, a State Bank of India ATM, Chanda Lalit Mohan High School H.S. as landmark & also a Chanda G.S.F.P primary school. Bongaon-Bagdaha Road and Nakful-Bediyapota Roads intersect here.

Saraswati Puja is celebrated in many homes in Panchita, Saraswati is the Goddess of art and knowledge. Another popular celebration is Kali Puja. Among this there are several occasions or puja as Charak Puja, Rath jatra Mela, EID etc.
