Twelve-wheel drive, often shortened as 12WD, or 12×12, is a twelve-wheeled vehicle with a drivetrain that allows all twelve wheels to receive power from the engine simultaneously.

Despite having fourteen-wheels, The MAZ-7917 is technically a twelve-wheeled vehicle due to one of the axles being unpowered (a dead axle). Because of this, the vehicle is actually a 14×12 instead of a 14×14.
