Mitsubishi Chemical Holdings Corporation (株式会社三菱ケミカルホールディングス Kabushiki-gaisha Mitsubishi Kemikaru Hōrudingusu?) (TYO: 4188), is a Japanese company formed in October 2005 from the merger of Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and Mitsubishi Pharma Corporation. It is one of the core Mitsubishi companies.
