Institute of Jute Technology (IJT) is the government engineering college in West Bengal, India, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to the University of Calcutta.[1] This college was founded by the University of Calcutta and Indian Jute Mill’s Association (IJMA) jointly on 1951.
